For us older guys (60) who still lift a lot, thanks so much for addressing how to avoid injuries as much as possible. Did cable flies this AM and completely hooked on them. Great tip on keeping the shoulders back and out of the movement. Subbed and +; fantastic channel here.
Avoid shoulder workout when you have chest day, eg. do chest monday and shoulder on thursday or friday. Also, eat your collagen, protein powder, creatine, fishoil 1000mg DHA 2000mg EPA, d vitamin/k2, c vitamin, Magnesium and Zinc. For T boost, also have ashwagandha powder and green ice tea instead of water/milk in your protein/collagen smoothie. Anyone +30y doing semi serious workout should do this to avoid inflammation that lasts long enough to cause injuries 💪🏼

Don’t listen to them saying not to do dumbbell flys, all you have to do is squeeze your chest when you bring your weights together. Bodybuilders have been doing dumbbell flys for years, just have to know how to do them

Variation of angles will also keep the muscles stimulated as our bodies are also able to adopt to the movement we are doing. Such a great info to your videos keep providing contents like this and more power to your channel 🙏💯💯
Split these exercises up and do them on different days. Do each at least twice a weak. And don't forget, there are other muscle groups. Don't forget pulling movements and legs.
I always avoided Chest Fly, as I found it low result compared to the effort. Didnt know I was doing the right thing all along, sometimes instinct does show the right path.
I've been working out now for 7 months and I'm noticing my chest getting bigger BUT...the left side is getting bigger much more than the right side 😳😐. I'm right handed and notice the left side is weaker except for the chest which feels equally strong on both sides. I do both barbell bench press (inclined) and dumbell press, also inclined. I do cable flys also. I just don't understand why both pecs aren't equal 😕. Do I start doing more on the right side and less on the left, or what? I'm 60 now and remember this happening the last couple times, in my 20s and 40s, when I took up weightlifting. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙂 Really strange 😕
I have this too I think because your right arm is stronger it takes over not allowing the chest to do the work, or possibly your right shoulder is damaged a bit so it’s not letting your chest engage properly.

fly’s & he has the greatest chest like ever weird to saw people saying it’s a bad exercise
It's a great exercise but very dangerous.. you should do it with light weight and perfect form

Its overall bad exercise if you are doing it on bench. Use floor and this way control your elbows, you can also use heavier dumbells.
