I was going to the gym for awhile and I got away from it once summer hit. The form I do have has gotten me more attention from women. It has given me a confidence boost for sure.

These are very useful exercises for beginners and advanced gym trainers.❤❤❤❤
40 this year. Used to go to the gym but not for at least a decade. I'm 6'5" 20 stone (280 pounds) I don't look fat particularly but I feel like shit. I walk the dog and me heart pumps so hard. Starting the gym in about 45 minutes and I'm a bit nervous. I will do cardio for 15-20 minutes then hit the weights. I'll increase cardio over the weeks. I will drop back here in 1 year to say how it's gone. God bless
Practice breathing
You may want to consider hitting the weights prior to the cardio. As the cardio will fatigue and diminish the weight training.
@datsumcrzysht ive been doing cardio one morning then weighs the next day. Feeling loads better already and cleaned my diet up

Yoo this channel actually speaking the truth and it's from 2 years ago. Especially the abs. I've seen so many bs about abs workout, while the real reason the abs isn't showing is usually because of high body fat and poor genetics.

This is the video we always knew we needed but never saw until now. Great breakdown of the best exercises for each muscle group, plus form which is key.
This video is filled with misinfo. The exercises are great but just listing the basics isn't that hard. The wrong explanations and the incorrect usage of technical terms is embarrassing though. I can't get over him saying the leg curl machine works the Glutes or calling every second compound lift an isolation exercise
@@hijo1998 so can i follow this video in order? how many sets do i do, and reps? how many calories should i eat before and after this workout? do i separate them for each day such as leg day or do i just do the whole workout in one for for six or seven days a week?
