      But without the coach's help, you might compromise your weightlifting forms, mess up your diet and in the end, you'll end up disappointed because you didn't get the results you always wanted. This is why the coach's here to help you.
      Also you need to understand the principle of nutrition and proper rest too, and other bodybuilding fundamentals you'll get from your coach. You can't do it on your own if you don't understand the fundamentals of bodybuilding.

    I started training a month ago. I am wondering what is the best weekly plan? Currently I have been working as follows:
    Monday - back and biceps
    Tuesday - chest and triceps
    Wednesday - rest
    Thursday-shoulders and forearms
    Friday-legs
    Saturday - I have obligations, so I don't train
    Sunday - cardio
    I don't pay much attention to abs, I sometimes do cable crunches and leg raises.
    I am wondering if this is the correct plan or would it be better if I change it? Thanks in advance for help!

    • @eddieg.9577
      @eddieg.9577 Год назад +1

      that's already a good exercise plan,
      just add 5lbs every month,
      after 6months lift harder, and use creatine for endurance

    • @shadow9407
      @shadow9407 Год назад +1

      @@eddieg.9577 For now i only use whey protein. I managed to get rid of a lot of bad habits, but I still need to correct my diet. I'm currently trying to copy the style of Dorian Yates (one of my favorite bodybuilders), that is, I train as follows
      Monday- anterior and lateral delts, traps, triceps and abs
      Tuesday - back and rear delts
      Wednesday - cardio/rest
      Thursday - chest and biceps
      Friday - legs
      Sunday- cardio/rest
      Due to some obligations, I can't train on Saturdays, so I can't see him off, that is, he usually trains for 2 days and then 1 day of rest. Usually 1-2 sets are done for warming up and then one with the working weight. However, he had a partner so he could do more negative reps, but I mostly do drop-sets to make up for it. My training lasts a maximum of an hour and I like that some muscles are activated more than once, that is, when I work the back, there are the biceps, when I work the chest, there are the triceps. What is your opinion on this way of training? Should I stop training that way? I read somewhere that it's not the best for natural bodybuilders.

    • @eddieg.9577
      @eddieg.9577 Год назад +1

      @@shadow9407 i train chest and triceps in the same session, and biceps with back in another session, i train for 2.5hours,
      i aleady did the maximum 1hour or 45mins, as what trainors says, doesn't work for me, and i hit calves every session,

      @@shadow9407 every person is different,
      what gym coaches says that you need to be fast in your training just 45minutes to max 1hour? because more than 1 hour of training is useless according to them, cortisol increases in the body?
      i was very confuse during that time,
      but after of 2years lifting weights listening to these gym coaches my improvement was so slow, then i design my own workout, which gym coaches always says "very wrong" but i grow muscles faster in these methods, pehaps every body adapts differently to different approaches
