    1. EZ Bar Curl
    4x8-10 reps (reach failure, swing in order to cheat and reach failure and slowly down) on final set (5) Partial set reps
    2. Preacher Curl
    4x8-10 reps (reach failure again)
    3. Hammer Curls
    4x8-10 reps (hold for 3secs on top, reach failure again)
    4. Zotman Curl
    4x8-10 reps
    5. 21s
    3x(7+7+7)
    6. Triceps
    Overheard extensions with dumbbells (incline)
    4x8-10 reps
    7. Cable push down (drop set)
    3x10reps (every set is a drop set)

      Yes, but it's better to add 1 or 2 more exercises like dips and kickbacks
