1. Half deadlifts
15 reps warmup
3x10 reps (add weight it’s set)
2. Chin-up
3xsets to failure (wide grip)
3. Bent over barbell rows
3x10-12 reps (wide grip) (manage weights to reach failure)
4. Seated cable row (wide grip)
3x10-12 reps
5. Cable pullover (Rope)
3x10-12 reps (every 3 reps hold for 3sec)
6. Machine Rows
3x10-12 with drop set (each hand) (after that add one set with both hands)

Arnold did bent over rows standing on a block or a bench and let the bar all the way down to his toes. Also, most modern seated cable row setups, as seen in this video, do not allow a full stretch like Arnold used to get at the first Gold’s Gym in Venice, CA.

That's good and all. But the only trap exercises you did worked the lower portion. And the rack pulls only slightly worked the upper traps. You should do superset the barbell rows with shrugs
But he got result.. proven with his physique..

Im weak when it comes to chin ups/pulls ups. Any tips bro?
A year ago i couldn't do a single pull up.. now i do 10 in good form. Key is to keep ato it, start with assisted machine pullup at the gym and work your way up the rack, decreasing the weight every time. You can also use a band to assist of they don't have an assisted pullup machine.
