Haha.
man today's pro body builders look ugly as hell, like over-inflated balloons. it's good to see a lot more guys going the symmetrical route nowadays. bravo to this young man!
Welcome to Fit Media Channel! That’s what we’re all about here!
It's the judges' fault. If they would vote against such monstrosity, no bodybuilder will ever aspire to have that kind of shitty physique.
Jay Cutler looked good too
@@FitMediaChannel a great fan all the way from Africa
@@Piano_improvisations ronnie in 98, Wheeler in 93, Yates in 93, Jay in 2009, Phil in 2011 all looked better than Arnold.
Arnold was a beast in his prime. Respect is due.
Arnolds still got bigger peaks at age 73 then ill ever have..i still Respect him and Lou and the pumping iron crew who still Inspire me.
This guy wont work as hard as Arnold did
Arnold is still a beast
Dd Dddd- agree!
Sometimes its just good to go back to the Fundamentals! Works every time. Thanks for the reminder.
I like the video format....no extra talking straight to point, all work
thanks for that
More old school workouts please
Fr, I wanna see what yall were about in the 80s. Except leave out behind the back shoulder press and behind the back lat pull down
Those pull overs at the end are the key to the widths that stretch after the pump is insane!!
Hey dude how many reps and sets of them ?? It didnt say in the video
@@tonychristensen6714 if you have never done them I’d start with light weight and shoot for -4 sets at least 15-20 reps get a feel for the motion. A lot of the time people got shoulder tweaks and that’s okay just go super light weight 15-30 lbs and let it stretch eventually you will get better ROM and find the angle that best allows you to contract your chest and stretch it
Use a total gym for pull overs or cables if you can.
@@tonychristensen6714 In Arnold's Blueprint, it would be DB flyes superset with DB pullovers. The sets would be 5 and the reps would change weekly from higher reps with less weight to lower reps with more weight.
Yes they are
This guy has very similar Chest genetics as Arnold himself. Looking very impressive
Nah ‼️
His left pec is more developed then his right pec!! But if we talk about someone like arnold, then he was super proportionate
He’s impressive but come on. Arnold is other worldly. I suggest you check out Pumping Iron… again. Never been so impressed by a man just standing there.
@@Oh6Torch i said similar chest genetics, not size or development. I think the inserts are pretty much the same
@@jackedbrother2876 And he's got pepperoni nipples
This is an excellent video IMO! At 73, I am very old school in my training philosophy!
Try 4.
I love these workouts. They really hit my chest.
I can keep up with the sets.
You've got the Arnold chest.
So do i
Me : working on chest
My shoulder and triceps:eehhh ehhhh
Damm same 😔
When you're doing chest exercises, always make sure that specific muscle gets the most activation. Your shoulders and triceps shouldn't be involved much. This is especially true when you're doing dips.
he is the man of all standards to be followed.he is amazing. i really appreciate for all his work.may GOD bless you.
thanks for the support!
He's got the chest
How did you understand?????
Nope
In his side pose it looks like he has a similar chest but from the front Arnie was on another planet
That is something i wanted to know?
I like the video, its very simple yet we can get some important information, hope you can post some of the other workouts from the other parts for us. (Beginners) Thanks :)
Really impressive, dude. Been lifting weights 13 months now. Hope to achieve what you have one day. God bless, brother.
You have the wrong role models my friend.
Definitely wrong role model.

1. Barbell Flat Bench Press Warm-Up 15reps
2. Bench Press Working 4x10,8,6,4
Drop set for 4 reps
3. Incline Press (same scheme as bench press)
4. Dumbbell Flys (lighter weight) 3x 10,8,6
5. Dips 3sets of 12, 3 sets of 10, 3 sets of 8
6. Dumbbell Pullovers (not sure if the set/rep range but you can figure it out)
Thank you bro
Many don't realize, you don't purposely stop 2 reps lower, when you bench properly (shoulder blades pulled back with proper muscle contraction on the chest, don't go too fast, and do NOT let the bar touch your chest.... to avoid losing tension if it touches)
Do this with 1.5-2 mins MAX rest between sets and you'll lose 2 reps with every set!
My chest workouts when I was a trainer went this exact way. Id start at 12, then it would naturally go to 10, 8, 6, and sometimes I'd do a 5th one and pushing out 4 would be grueling (5 if I had a spotter)
If you rest more than 1.5-2 mins, it won't work the same way and even though you'll recoup more strength, your muscles will also be more recouperated and you want to break down the fibers.
Basically, great blueprint, just do the exercises in different ways every few weeks (barbell vs dumbbells, Cables vs dumbbells, ect ect) and once a month reverse the order to where you do your compound (heavy) lift at the very end.... Do that for ALL muscle groups atleast once per month and the power lift will annihilate the already fatigued muscles.
it's called a "Pre-Fatigue" workout when you do it in reverse.
15 reps is a lot
@@tonynorris1506im doing 4 sets
The fundamentals! Absolutely! Arnie had the best chest in the game! This fella isn't no Arnie, but he well on his way!

Thanks.

@@FitMediaChannel anybody pregnant 🙄
I have done this Arnold chest workout every time and it is like magic. I used this Arnold workout and at the end, I add Phil Heath's FST-7 and my chest grew from 40" to 48" in less than a year and a half!
HASSAN JI I don’t switch it that much because, it always works. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it! Just increase weight and sometimes I start with incline then go to flat!
How did you add fst7 what exactly is your chest routine I've done Arnold's Chest and back routine for years and it's done wonders but I'd like to know how you incorporated fst7 to it

No Turtle back belly here.👏🏼💪🏼
But I start chest with incline now, due to that area always needing a lil more, and it's tired later on, so Incline Decline then Flat, seems to be helping my upper chest grow.
Keep on lifting lifters.

Monday chest day is coming..
Who is ready to pump our chest 💪💪💪💪💪
That Monday chest day bs...
Monday is chest day... it’s because everybody in teen years starts with the bench press, it’s the most comfortable(mentally) for everyone who is starting out, people usually start training at beginning of the week so thus every trains chest because they began with chest for confidence, hence Monday chestday for the majority

I love this workout. I did it 3 days ago, and my chest still feels obliterated. Love it.... My only question is, how many reps and sets of the pullovers should be done?

Comparing the size of his head to body. Mannn he's huge
@@polymindgames undeniable. But he'll get all the attention whenever he walk in public
For all the people saying for them to share their steroid cycles; you're right, most of the men on this channel do not appear to be natty. It's possible to get this size, but not practical/ maintainable for most. I wouldn't waste the time, but it would be interesting if someone asked these fitness models for their labs ;)
Anecdotally, if you have this size you won't have that "cut" definition to go alongside it. It's often one or the other when you're trying to maintain. It's a good thing that we discuss these things, because young people are impressionable and we are blasted with pictures and videos of "perfect bodies" since we are children. Body dysmorphia is a real thing in the male community as well.
It would be nice to see this channel employ some more "not questionably fit" men on this channel, since it is largely about the fundamentals of exercise and tips... however, I guess they know that people will tune if for a dummy thicc boii. Ah well, I guess we can at least enjoy the show, but keep a critical mind.
Source; PhD in human nutrition and avid gymrat with an ex-pro hockey/ football brother who used steroid cycles.
