Hahahahaha lmao haha
Here at IFBB, we want Mass Monsters....😊😊
I’ll take aesthetics and symmetry over bulk and overdeveloped mass any day! This dude is a beast!
@ddrums001 ME TOO✊🏾
Plus it's far more attainable for the average person.
Laughs in MASS
Hes blessed by the gods of muscular insertions.
I’ll take the huge traps and bubble gut over all that other nonsense
I have never seen a work out where the intensity is so sustained. Truly epic.
The work out here is very natural, very clean and honest in my opinion 😊
@@Kaspazani Yes, he isn't a giant like The Rock or some other bodybuilders who are clearly too big to be natural
@@Kaspazanii didn’t get it, what do you mean with natural in this context?
@@thelegacyofgaming2928 you don't have to be massive to be unnatural there is so many different types of PED that have different usesThis dude is also not natty 5 days with super high intensity workout is not something a natural bodybuilder can do.. The muscles can't recover in that short amount of time and will lead to injuries this guy can do it bc his used muscles recovery PEDs
And justvto clear any misunderstanding i by no means hating as everyone can see how hard he putting in the work
do you even train
This man's back is incredible, you can see his muscle fibres clearly.
Yes I'm not sure if I've ever seen more defined lats than when he was doing those pullups. You could see them wrap all the way around.

That shlt looks like a superhero back 😂

Aesthetics at its best.
Hats off to his work ethic 🎩
That aesthetic is still like a good bodybuilder. We can't reach there natty brah

He just followed a Stricter more boring diet and Probably trained Abs 30 Minutes per day.

Where are the glutes

In this day and age of social media just showing the results, it's so refreshing, motivating, and encouraging to see the HARD work that went into his results.
💯 TRUE
Actually it's worse. These days social media just tells you to do something and doesn't show the work or the results.
The guy has awesome symmetry, separation, conditioning, full muscle bellies and clean lines. Good work mate
His skin is so smooth n clear ...adds another level to that symmetry
Best overall workout I’ve seen on RUclips.
You definetely dont watch the right people, this is such a specific workout that nobody elese but the man himself should do(and he might or might not be on the sauce, so that plays a big role in it)

Dude looks straight out of a comic book. Respect 👏
I was saying the same thing. A literal superhero
This guy's mind muscle connection is next level. Wow
My legs started cramping as I was watching his leg workout. Great workout video.
Much respect to his work ethic! I got a lot of good tips to add to my workout. He has a better physique than any Olympian, who look ridiculous but his build is functional, athletic and overall looks healthy. Good job brother!
To me classic physiques like Cbum, Frank Zane, etc. look better. To each their own, I guess.
What’s this dude name not to big or small good frame
@@himeshsinghshishodiya i do agree with you about zane though i would also agree thath modern physiques like markus ruhl or collman whiloe i strongly respekt the work thaht has ben put into them are not astethic in any way
what people don't see is the skills he has outside of the gym. the patience to eat properly, not to escape a single day with extra sweets, all weighted and insane amount of preparation. I've been working out for years now, 4-5 days a week, I don't even remotly look like this cause I don't have the skills outside the gym. HATS OFF, SIR!
It depends how much do you really want it.
@@demdjen77 indeed. I'm almost 40, a dad, a husband and a software developer. I honestly do not even need it in my life that much. Life is pretty balanced right now.
I guess being a parent takes a lot of that energy to be disciplined. I am not yet a parent.
I'll be 46 in July. I am 177 cm tall, currently at 74 kg, 8-9% BF.
I am cutting for 2 months in last 5 years. This is now probably my last cut to lose that stubborn fat around kidneys.
I eat 2.000 kcal/day. Thursday is maintenance day (2.500 kcal). On Sunday I overeat (3.000 kcal).
My training is now like this:
Monday - push day
Tuesday - legs
Wednesday - pull day
Thursday - legs
Friday - push day
Saturday - pull day
Sunday - running (around 35 - 45 minutes)
I will start to raise kcal on May 1st for 500 kcal every 2 weeks. So I'll be on 3.000 at the end of May.
And then it will be pretty much mostly healthy eating for me and training to get back lost muscles from cutting. Reaching around 11-12% BF.
Doing from min 3 to max 7 trainings per week:
min 2x weights + 1 run
max 4x weights + 3x run
And on running days my sweet tooth will get covered :))
@@demdjen77 this is pure insane regime at 46. Thank u a lot for the comment here, I have a lot to recover, it seems!
it's your genetics lol

That's a Baki demon back right there
Great video. This is difference between world champions and normal gym goers
This guys warm up is my main workout
Incredible effort
My current split for a month has been:
Mon - swim 🏊♂️
Tues - legs
Wed - back
Thurs - chest
Fri - arms/shoulders
Sat - swim 🏊♂️ again
Sun - rest

@@FitMediaChannelwhat day do you work triceps?
Very serious question
@@kingsiriusfit As a competitive fitness model, Williams is giving priority to the body parts which he feels are lacking. EG two sessions per week on Chest and Shoulders. There's some triceps work in things like Diamond Push Ups. But Williams feels his Triceps are OK, so he gives priority to his lagging body parts.
@@FitMediaChannel makes sense. Thank you so much. And yes, that's correct, all push exercises work the triceps. Again, I appreciate the reply and I definitely appreciate the video.

Thanks for your support!
The king 🙌🏻👏
Mans has such a beautiful physique. From the knees up he's basically aesthetically perfect. My only critique would be his calves and their shape but that's a genetic thing. He obviously trains his legs hard.
us brothas suffer with the calves, they get strong and cut but don't develop the same.
@@ShellyBHollis what God didn't give you in calf muscles he made up in other areas... 😩😂
@@geeunit831 happy friday dude and thanks for the laugh.
My critique would be his triceps. They seem a little flat and could use a little more size to balance out the arms but not taking anything away. He's got the most lat definition I've probably ever seen among everything else and deserves everything he gets with the work he puts in.
@@ShellyBHollis haha anytime my guy.
Great video!
I would also be very interested in the plans of his competitors. Because after all, they are probably just tiny bits apart from each other and they might work out completely different. Videos like this often make the impression that, because he has the most perfect body, this must be the best workout to get the perfect body. But after all different splits tend to make a smaller difference than one might think and it is more about how well it fits the individual and of course how the person works out exactly, in terms of differences that you feel your self, but that are not visible to the outside. And of course a lot of other factors. Also Arnold Schwarzenegger had a few exercises, that most bodybuilders would agree are not optimal. But that didn't stop him from becoming the greatest in his discipline.
So a less detailed but therefore broader overview of how lets say the top 10 of a discipline work out would give a better insight into what really tends to be the best workout for most people than picking only the best person, that is just a bit better than the second best and might have that advantage due to several other factors, than the workout.
Also I think it should always be mentioned, if somebody takes gear and if so what, because this is not only important for the outcome of your workout but also determines how long you need to recover, which is the main concern when you want to create a split, that allows you to train with maximum efficiency.
@@afflulifestyle1784 yeah, I am aware of that, but I think many people arent. When I was younger I worked out like crazy and was super disappointed of my progress, because I had a completely wrong impression of whats possible naturally. I wish I found out earlier, that ALL my fitness idols were on gear...
Yawwwwwwwwn
True.
Who gives a fuck. Lol
I like that it’s nothing fancy. It’s comprised of mostly regular workouts done till failure or close to it.

Quads are insane 🔥
geeez, good shit!
I'm 42 this year and have been training for about six weeks using a bro-split routine. Seems to work OK, but I'm noticing that my chest isn't growing as fast as my arms and back. I think this is because the chest doesn't get worked like other muscles when doing excursuses targeting other groups. I was thinking of throwing in some supersets for chest and legs on some days. My current routine would look like this: Mon: Chest, Tue: Back (b.legs), Wed: Biceps & forarms, Thursday: Triceps & abs (b.Chest), Friday: Shoulders, Saturday: Legs. Seems quite similar to what this guy is doing so it sounds like I'm on the right path.
Since the chest primarily consists of type 2 muscle fibers, explosive movements would get them larger, quicker. Gl btw!
kudos to this natural builder
Not natural
