Thanks for your support. You’re right, we used to have more of a magazine format. These days, it’s a much more competitive environment. Our strategy to stay ahead of the game is to focus on ‘timeless’ , detailed workout information that is relevant and valuable over time. The expos and shows were fun to cover, but they were also topical, people won’t still be watching them a year later. But we hope you enjoy the recent content of high end workout videos.

I'm surprised the lower chest wasn't covered... Although, you did cover the machine dip which incorporates the lower chest depending on upper body position
