1144 Letting Go! Yoga for the eyes and Moon Salutations with a Chair!

  • This week's yoga practice includes eye yoga, a powerful practice to gently work the muscles around the eyes and improve focus. We will then progress through a full yoga chair practice. We will focus on a physiologic sigh for autonomic nervous system balancing, we we explore a moon salutation sequence, flowing from crescent moon, through moon flowers, triangle, extended angle, and warrior poses. We use the chair to improve balance and steadiness as we explore these poses. Listen to your body, approach all positions gently, and always back away from anything that causes pain.
