Instead of rice cakes for the tiramisu, I think keto cake sliced in the appropriate sizes would work as a great option.
For the tiramisu, why not try some sweet, soft chaffles? I think they would give you more of the texture you want. 😊

I've made one recipe for years. Even before keto. I use hazelnut flavored coffee(still zero carbs) sweetened with stevia. The difference in mine is I put the heavy cream in the coffee(like a regular cup of coffee) then while hot, I add that to bloomed gelatin and then chill overnight. Yum! I have also added caramel ,vanilla, or maple flavoring to plain coffee and proceeded as originally done. The cream is already mixed in so no need for more. It is SO good. Hope you try my variations

I have some Godiva chocolate coffee that would go well with the last recipe.
The coffee jelly looks great. If you don't mind I have a spin on that, that i make with sugar free jello. I use 1/2 the water called for and add a 1/2 to a full cup of heavy cream when the jelly is partially set I beat it with a a mixer or immersion blender. then into the fridge to set up. It comes out like a mousse and you vary the cream to your liking of how creamy you want it. I never thought of using coffee but I will be trying it! Thank you!!!!

For plant based gelatin, use Agar Agar powder. U can flavor it with coconut milk (canned) or any flavor of ur choice. It’s one of the most popular and versatile Vietnamese jello.

Ditch the rice cake and make a keto pancake. Keto pancakes are made using coconut flour, egg, melted butter. Go to Beating Diabetes youtube channel for the exact recipe. I would probably add some instant coffee to the pancake mix and avoid the soaking of the pancake in liquid coffee. I may try this myself.
Add cocoa powder, vanilla, almond milk to the coffee jello and put sugar free whip cream on top. It makes a great chocolate pudding hack.

I could be wrong, but I think when you dunk your rice cakes, the coffee has to be room (or cold) temperature. In any case you are right......you can't substitute mascarpone for yogurt, without compromising the dish. I have heard of jelly coffee (and coffee mousse) but I have not tried it yet. Great job girls.
They should try dunking the rice cakes into the gelatin coffee, before it sets!
Cream cheese would be a substitute for mascarpone but not yogurt
Only thing a Riice Cake is good for is putting it under the short leg of a table 😁

I love your videos!! You have the ability to be truthful (brutally honest) yet funny. Hey, I’ve got a dessert that you might like. I make up a large pkg of sugar free jello and then cream 4 oz of cream cheese with a bit of sweetener (I use erythritol and a squirt of vanilla stevia). Once the gelatin has cooled, mix it into the sweetened cream cheese a little at a time until it’s all mixed well. Let it set over night and enjoy. I keep it on hand all the time.

Prepare 2 cups ☕Bulletproof ☕coffee and add 1 tbsp gelatine…pour into 2 serving dishes and refrigerate…a great end of day zero carb dessert.
Or freeze the same Bulletproof coffee and freeze in a Ninja Creami container…then the next day…”spin” and “respin” the mixture into a creamy ice cream dessert!😁
And the ultimate serving of coffee is A dessert ……. Turkish coffee with Cardamom…. Delicious! The best coffee experience in the world! ☕☕☕☕☕

Yummmmm. Coffee jelly! I have actually made this. I use allulose simple syrup. So very delish. I put choc-zero chocolate curls on top for fanciness.
I recommend adding a pinch of salt to the coffee. You don't taste it as such, but the coffee tasts more full and rounded. Cheers from Denmark 🙂

I love coffee too! I wonder if you chilled the coffee gel in a shallow pan and cut it into cubes. You could then froth or whip heavy cream and do layers in a clear glass. I bet that would be fabulous! I guess I have to try that now!

Ok, I’ve never eaten tiramisu (seeing your faces at trying this version was priceless)so I don’t feel disappointed. The gelatin coffee sounds interesting. I like coffee, I like jello. Maybe. But ladies-I FINALLY did your dredge thing today for the first time with the almond flour/egg/pork panko for chicken fried venison strips and it was AMAZING!! I am so happy!!! That was SUCH a win! I tried it several ways (had a BUNCH of venison) and you are totally right, using BOTH the almond flour and panko, egg in between, is the perfect dredge! It was a MESS, not gonna lie, but maybe that was just a me thing. But worth it!! Love watching you gals!!!

Coffee jelly looks interesting, will have to try it…. I only have one decaf a day, but I do love the taste of coffee, and I put heavy cream in it, and for sweetener lately I am completely addicted to Torani sugar-free salted caramel syrup, which I can only get on Amazon, seemingly. Will have to try the Torani syrup in the coffee jelly!

I grew up eating jello with a blob of vanilla ice cream on it so this is kinda sorta similar. Also my dad would drink coffee with a little ice cream in it which is super good. So both of these childhood memories seem melded together in the coffee gelatin dish. Maybe I will give it a try!
