That second recipe (cheese balls) has been a life saver! I’ve made them stuffed with cream cheese, also cheddar, also a deviled ham/cream cheese mix and finally I air fried a couple of them. Air frying them makes them very bread-like inside🤗. Next I’m going to make them in bun shapes to use them as burger buns!

Just had to tell you I just made some "potato" salad substituting radishes for the potatoes. Rads instead of pots is a brand new idea for me. But it worked! The rads cooked up just like pots. Kept a little red coloring like redskin pots. But there was no radish "bite". This may be old news to you but it's a new discovery for me. Have missed potato salad on my low carb diet. Love your show😘

The Parmesan one looks really good and would be a good base to do different things with, you could probably add cheddar cheese powder or white cheese powder and herbs or spices, even a little bit of jalapeño or you could just put cheese in the middle and wrap some of that around the outside to make a cheese stick. For a different texture and you might be able to flatten them out and make little sticks or even chips or crackers or even bread, maybe throw some of that on the dash mini waffle maker. 🤔 I’ll definitely have to try those.

So I just did a thing with roasting halved radishes and then tossing them in ranch powder mix. OMG!!! I had to MAKE myself stop eating them!!! They were so good!!! So tomorrow I’m going to a birthday party and I’m going to do the same, but this time with halved Brussels sprouts also!! Won’t that be festive??!! I think it will taste amazing, but it will certainly look good as well!! Ladies! U need to try the jalapeño dip recipe! Boil 8 Jalapeños, 1/4 white or yellow onion, 2 cloves of garlic. Once it's done place into a blender with 8 oz of cream cheese and u can either add milk of ur choice or heavy cream. Add a Lil bit at a time u til u reach a nice thick dip like consistency. Add chicken bouillon to taste. That's it! This recipe...to me...is one of the best 👌 u can also add either freshly made chopped bacon to it or bacon bits. Super delicious! U can eat it with veggies of ur choice or with keto chips or pork rinds. 😋

I've made a dip for veggies with 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1 cup of mayo, and 1 packet of dry ranch dressing. Just mix it up in a bowl, don't even have to dirty a blender. My mother always called it "Cindy's Dip." But I got it from someone at a bridal shower, lol.
I tried the Parmesan balls. I used whites from 2 whole eggs. Made them smaller,-10 balls from the ingredients but they poofed up very nicely. Fried in oil deep enough that they rolled as they cooked (as hushpuppies do) I removed at light brown color and were not wet inside. Delicious. Thank you for sharing. Good with marinara and ranch.
It could probably also put some cream cheese and something sweet in the inside any kind of sweet stuff and it'll be a little pie or something sweet also that just gave me some good ideas sweet and savory:))))))

Better cottage cheese dip-garlic: 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 to 1 & 1/2 cloves of garlic to taste and salt to taste (paste or jar garlic ok, not recommend powdered or granular). Blend in a blender until smooth. Let set in the refrigerator for at least an hour. The less salt better for salty foods like parmesan crisps.

What brand of Parmesan Grated Cheese did you use? They didn't specify and I'm used to using Kraft but it contains milk.
