Nice workout, very suitable for my condition today. I sat all day to work on a computer on something difficult and I was very tensed. Ended the work day with a stiff aching back. This helped relief the tension in my back. Thanks Desiree,
I loved this! It was mostly stretch, but a bit of strength mixed in for good measure. My favourite move was the downward dog-to-floating knees-to-plank: it had a lovely feel to it. I will def. do this again! Thank u!

Great question...and a question I get often! As a former dancer, my body has been popping and cracking my whole life. We are moving our bodies in ways that we’re really not meant to. It’s totally normal...I wouldn’t worry about it unless it becomes painful. 👍🏼
Try not to get frustrated or give up...they are tricky! Try practicing holding your teasers using these modifications...bend your knees and place hands on the floor then try releasing your hands. Practice makes PROGRESS! Keep at it! xoxo

Seems like a great post work out stretch routine, not so sure about pre-.... some of it was intense for the top of the workout, like the camel.... but thank you!
Well, I’m glad you listened to your body...if some of these stretches were too intense for you then be sure to do them when it feels right for you and your body! 👍🏼
