  • You should never skip your warmup so I hope you’ll take full advantage of this quick & easy warmup that you can do before you jump into any intense workout routine. Warming up gradually prepares your heart for more intense activity, helps increase blood flow and the delivery of oxygen to your muscles, helps prevent injury, and allows you to get in a good focused mindset.

    Welp, I have to admit I haven't been warming up like I should... Would you recommend doing this warmup before every single one of your videos? (at least as far as the 4-week challenge ones are concerned, I'm at the end of week 2) 🤓

      illusen7 YAYYY! I’m so happy you’re doing the challenge...I hope you’re enjoying it so far. Not all of my workouts require a warmup but it certainly wouldn’t hurt to do this beforehand! Most important thing is to listen to your body...and give your body what it needs. I always do some variation of this warmup routine before any workout because it gets me going and I feel like it makes me perform my actual workout so much better! 👍🏼

      Dansique Fitness Great! Thank you so much for the reply, I’ll make sure to do this warmup before my daily workouts, at least before the cardio/hiit ones ☺️
      Am I *enjoying* it? I’M LOVING IT!! I actually get up every day eager to discover the new workout, and then I’m almost sad that I don’t get to repeat it the next day cause I loved it so much, but then again the new one is always just as thrilling, and let me tell you this has never happened to me before! You’re doing an amazing job, I can’t thank you enough 🤗🥰

    I've been doing this every day to start my day warmed up and stretched and it feels so good! I add a bit more of neck stretches at the end and it's perfect!

    Hello, could you recommend an alternative to the Pilates 100? I have have some neck troubles (already watched your video regarding how to do it right) and this one is killing my motivation every time. Thanks in advance!!!

      Silke B Herbert Have you tried this workout 👉🏼 ruclips.net/video/h2Ik2aVZX_o/видео.html 👈🏼 it’s a great way to strengthen the core without any neck pain! Let me know how it goes! 🥰

      @@DansiqueFitness You mean as a warm-up instead of this warm-up? I was just looking for an alternative for this one exercise. I do the warm-before the ballet-based videos.

      When I was recovering from a neck injury & getting back into my Classical Pilates training, I used a tiny pillow or just left my head down for the Hundred, while keeping my legs either table top or straight up. Eventually I would start lowering my legs little by little as long as my core would stay engaged. For this video, you're mainly using the Hundred to warm your body up & increase circulation, so don't stress too much about perfect Pilates form & listen to your body!

    Hi, is there a shorter way to warm up that gets the job done,

    • @DansiqueFitness
      @DansiqueFitness  4 года назад +1

      Nadira Jones There’s a quick warmup at the start of the video linked below (about 5 minutes)...warming up isn’t something that should be rushing if you want to do it properly and actually get your whole body warmed up and ready for a workout. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 ruclips.net/video/d4dFAF6HWa0/видео.html
