I read another comment about wanting to recharge without depletion, and how great it made people feel - and I agree! I was feeling tired this morning and didn't want to be bothered, but thought I'd search for a 15-minute video... and this one really stood out. I feel great already - I'm so glad I didn't just laze in bed for another half hour!
I can never get enough of this stretch! It has the power to recharge me without depletion and on my days I don't want to do anything it gives me energy! It's just enough stimulation you could literally do this stretch veryday and have the same benefits of a more intense workout! Love love love! Never gets old, been doing this video nearly everyday since it came out! ❤❤❤

Another treat from our gorgeous Gal. whilst here, I discovered Desiree and CoachKel at the beginning of lockdown. Both with superb, effective workouts, creative and different. All was good until the second lockdown where I got depressed through work and isolation and my workouts suffered for the first time. I got out of shape! I had to take action so subcribed to coachKel as she does weights and I needed to sweat. I simply concentrated on those workouts and whilst It took a couple of months the shape did return, but my legs didn't. A couple of weeks ago I started doing Desiree's again and what do you know: my leg are back! In record time. Might have to change my subcription...Thank you Hearts from London gorgeous Gal X

My go to stretch routine this week. I have been recovering from the cvid and left me without energy feeling just tired but stretching helped so much! I'm planning on trying to do the lazy day pilates work out of your which is always good to me when feeling sore and tired!

Luckily my career keeps me in shape. I teach ballet and Pilates everyday (multiple times a day). I also spend some “me time” on my mat moving and planning out my next IG & RUclips workouts. On days where I need to blow off more steam, I go on a walk/jog. Please remember that everyone is built differently and it’s important to find what works best for you. I think it’s really important to move EVERYDAY! Movement heals and does the body (and mind) good. 🥰💖💪🏼
I LOVE your videos but I've noticed recently the sound audio is very quiet... I have it on my speakers full blast and can barely hear your videos which isn't the case for other workout channels. Just thought I would let you know as the volume issue may help boost more views!!
