    In August 2023 I had a complete pec rupture. I documented the comeback which led to the biggest total of my career, 2110 at 308 in May of 2024.
    Right now, I am working towards cutting 80 plus pounds to take care of my unfinished goals in powerlifting.

    Do you normally recommend do stiff legs belt less?

      I'm trying to train my low back, so I want to make er hard on the low back. If you're going for something else, might be worth tossing a belt on so the torso isn't a limiting factor.
