I do light training in elitefts 7mm’s, do heavy training in elitefts super heavy’s, and compete in inzers since the elitefts ones aren’t comp legal. The 7mms aren’t a lot of support, but they’re really nice for days like the above when I just want something to go on super easy and provide some warmth.
I has rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder last May and I have noticed the my left has better endurance on some movements than my right now, probably because of the same thing you were saying where I focused to much on the left and neglected the right.
Dr Seth, can you tell me how many days a week you train? I’m having a hard time setting a specific amount, like some days I should have rested and some days I should have lifted.
