    In August 2023 I had a complete pec rupture. I documented the comeback which led to the biggest total of my career, 2110 at 308 in May of 2024.
    Right now, I am working towards cutting 80 plus pounds to take care of my unfinished goals in powerlifting.

    I love that you focus this series around the training and the mindfullness and not all about every gramm you lost. It just gives it a unique feel.

    Do you prefer using a machine style JM press over barbell JM Press?

      Right now the goal is more loading triceps than it is building a bench - the machine lets me load the crap out of the tris without needing as much thought/focus.

      Pulled carbs out a good chunk. Gonna strip fats out next as I don't want to pull more carbs right now haha. Or, maybe I'll just scrap the high carb day.
