In August 2023 I had a complete pec rupture. I documented the comeback which led to the biggest total of my career, 2110 at 308 in May of 2024.
Right now, I am in the process of cutting 80-plus pounds to take care of my unfinished goals in powerlifting.

nah that “pansy” stuff is real. I’m at the point where RDLs don’t really give me a great stimulus below 3 plates and some days I just really don’t fuckin feel like holding on to 3 plates for sets of 10 😂😭

How much are you trying to lose a week right now? I recently had surgery and was looking for advice on how to cut and maintain my strength!
You’ll more than likely lose some strength, continue training the same maybe a slight decrease in volume, maintain or increase protein intake, keep your calorie deficit minimal
What do those FAFO Sets mean? How do they differ? Looked like a normal Set to me.
F*** around and find out lol. Not a fancy protocol. Me acknowledging that I was making the less than wise decision to see if the position changes would pan out.
