    Bhaiya mere right soulder me pain hota he thoda thoda jab koi bhi shoulder involving movement karta hu khaskar chest ki exercises me, or mere front shoulder muscle jayda grow he back ke compare me kya karu

      That's because of overweight. Ur forcing your shoulder to push more weight. And one thing, it happens if ur doing the workout in worng way.

      When overall fat gets reduced bcz of the proper training, thigh fat also comes down. You don’t need to do something separate for thigh fat.
