      Just before Workout? No. In a meal 2-3 hours prior to the workout? No problem.

      Depends how much you need to cut - not a magic number but a calculated number like he explained . Don’t over lose either !

      The goal was to gain around 4-5 kilos and that I achieved. Made 3-4 videos I think in that series.

    Bro.. Im at intermediate level but I still find hard to calculate calories in homemade sabzis and to incorporate them in my fat loss diet. Any suggestions?

      Yeah it can become challenging in some situations. I figured a workaround this sometime ago. Eat what you normally eat in a day and reduce one item having 150-200 calories, although it's not a perfect way but still better than doing nothing. I've done this in my bulking. I ate what I was normally eating and added foods with around 200 calories, step by step of course. And I got good results

    Bhaiya gym hi kyu zaruri h fitness k lie kai bar gym me personal trainer apne hisab se krwata h jo hmesha sahi nh hota jitna hme video se smjh arha h.. uper se uski fees or hum apni marzi se exercise agr krengy to kahin injury na ho. Kuch esi chZ bata dijiye jisme gym me kisi ki zarurt b na ho orr agr gym na b jaye to ghr me kr len..

    Mera required calorie 2200 he per day, par me subah 1 prantha with tea, dopahar ko thode white rice with more dal, or raatko 2 roti with dal sabji jisse meri calorie 1800 tak rehti he, gym me resistance zyada karta hu cardio 10-15 minutes only, creatine and protein dono leta hu par weight gain hi ho raha he 😢.
