    sir all points were very well put in simpler words, but you missed a point that metabolism adaptation has a upper and a lower limit too it, because people wont be dying due to hunger or people wont be way too much obese if this wasn't soo... keep creating great content :)

    I think this is wrong. You have to do that exercise which increases your heart rate so that it utilizes your oxygen which increases metabolism and weight is lost.

    Bhai me 6ft ka hu weight 91 tha 15 days bad 87 kgs ho gya fast running cardio k bad v ab 85-87 tak hi rahta hai...
    Mujhe 76-77 tak ana to apke video k hisab se 1500-1600 calories kha sakta hu but gym me heavy weight krna padega?? Please correct me if I'm wrong

    Mere hisab sa metabolic adaption bht week subject hai...agr asa hota to koi garib ku posan ka sikar nahi hota ...kia koi insaan 1 wada pao kha k rahe to uski body kia is CALORIE ko adept kar legi...or uski jindagi bhar ki CALORIE requirements sirf 200 CALORIE hogi

    Hi Navjot, I have started watching ur videos for the past one and half months only and am following u religiously ever since then. For the last one and half months, I have started working out in a simple gym, on my own, with the help of ur videos. My diet is also within my calorie budget with 2 scoops whey protein regularly. I have gained strength in the gym in last 2 weeks and am able to lift 40-50 kgs (increasing it further) on lat pull machine. The problem is my weight is still the same with 100-200 gms fluctuations everyday. I am 5ft 4" and current weight is 72+ whereas my ideal weight should be 54. What I am trying to say that I used to shed at least 3-4kgs whenever I started working out in the past. But now I am unable to do so, even if having 35% of body fat. Please tell me what I am doing wrong or what should I change to reduce this fat percentage. Counting on u.😊

    You are wrong bro, Muscles will burn extra 5 calories per kg that fat, if we add 10kg of extra muscle we will burn 50 calories extra per day, how will it fast your metabolism

    Took 11 months to lose weight and diet without break
    Went to india for two months as eating outside put up 10 kgs now started my gym and dieting again lost 2 kgs but not improved for last 1-3 weeks

    Hello. I have a question. I'm on a journey of losing fat. I have been in a calorie deficit for 3 months. It has given me tremendous results. However now I have reached the point where I am not losing fat/weight anymore with the deficit diet so this is the time to change the diet into a surplus diet. I'm doing it and also included resistance training. Now my question is for how long should I be doing the surplus diet before going back to the deficit diet again? What will I be looking for which will indicate that my body is ready to go back to the deficit diet?
