@@ayushkathrotiya You can start with 16-8 fasting period. i.e - Fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 hrs. 12pm to 8pm can be the time you eat(which means you have to skip breakfast) and then from 8pm...until the next noon 12 you can fast.
I started and lost 5kgs in just one month. Very well explained. I was 103 now 97.7 and targetting atleast 85kgs.now my body gets satisfied very fast doesn't crave for food the whole day only first week was critical
I am a marathon runnner practicing IF 16:8 for 1 year along with Keto type diet and No fap. I kept doing high mileage fasted run and strength training. i have lost 15 kgs in 7 months, what did i do: 1. didn't know about intermittent fasting but i used to have my dinner around 9 and breakfast at 11 or sometimes even 12. 2. never went to gym but played badminton for 1 hour twice/thrice a week. 3. did yoga every sunday 4. never sat for more than 1-1.5 hrs, always kept moving now, I'm 70 kgs (5'10) and have taken a gym membership to grow those muscles thanks to Ranveer :)
I followed IF for 6 months due to my extremely sporty life then(didn't have time lol). Just one tip I'd like to give is that do try to consume right amount of Salts (sodium, calcium, phosphate, and magnesium) from foods as drinking a lot of water while fasting will flush out a lot of these salts. This is so important as I've had electrolyte imbalances which led to vomiting , headaches and even Unconsciousness. But don't panic if you do it right it's one of the BEST DIET for any BODY type(im ectomorph).Cheers!
I started doing Intermittent fasting from 6th of Jan and the thing ranveer bhajya said all did happened with me. The first week was like a hell after 13 hrs of fasting I fell very unconscious and then it was very hard to control those remaining 3 hrs. Also learned some more things about IF from this video. Following 16:8 IF from 1 year and lost about 13 kg without any efforts (no gym or exercise but it's recommended to do that). Only modifications I want to add to ranveers plan is to have only two meals during your feeding window that will improve your results even more.

I had lost 5kg by intermittent fasting in a month. I was literally feeling active and motivated. My skin was clear, my body was in shape, I was positive and energetic in every situation of my life and I even got a girlfriend. But again online classes started, festivals arrived and my all life got disorganized and I again gained weight. Now, I'm going to follow this diet again, I need my life back.
