Better chest activation u will get in pec Dec or doing the dumble flys using pulley and bench
If done properly dumbbell flies are excellent

Bro, Bench Press also targets triceps and lat pull down require bicep strength... You don't need to care about arms they will grow muscular faster than chest or back..
