In my arms workout,i do: 1)db curls(arms side of body) 2)hammer curls(brachialis) 3)incline bench curls(arms behind body) 4)spider curls(arms front of body) Curling at all positions of the arm
Amazing…..i recently started spider and incline curls after i saw jeet selal’s bicep exercises ranked worst to best video….in addition to that…i also perform dumbbell curls, barbell curls, hammer curls, reverse curls….i stopped pre-chair curls, cable curls bcz i feel replacing them with spider and incline curls is better

My left arm is weaker I guess. They don’t contract the way my right arm bicep muscles do. They aren’t that much developed i think. They aren’t growing as well and I don’t feel the pump even after doing the same number of repetitions as my right arm. Also i am hitting the failure quicker in my left arm. Please advice.
