Für mich wäre in einem Workout das Volumen bei den Drückübungen zu hoch. Da würde ich lieber in jedem 2. Training die Übungen tauschen. Ansonsten ein gutes und hilfreiches Video.

Stop changing exercises if your still not strong, what's the use of doing exercises with light weight, work on getting stronger, than work on heavy movement for 6 to 10 reps 😅

You can get stronger and add muscle without heavy lifting. I love this video because it involves 3 muscle groups. I will modify the sequence into 3 exercise supersets of 10-12 reps each for 3 or 4 sets. Supersets…if you go too heavy…you’re done!!!! I will have at least the same gains as you. Maybe better.
I just change mine because of busy schedule
