How much weight has to be reduced during diff phases??
Like as a Beginner 5kg/7.5kg is heavy for me like in Phase 1...so what should be appropriate weight in phase 2 & 3?

But in 3 to 5 rep i don't feel pump chahe jitna heavy weight le lu . I feel pump only in 10 to 12 reps . Usse Kam me muje lgta hi nahi h ki workout kia h

try to hang …..slowly try to do negtive holds just do little and slowly or focus on lat pull down if u feel uncomfortable

Work on shoulder mobility. Do proper progressive overload in incline or flat bench press

Bhaiya main pull ups 10 reps per set laga sakta hu..par mere gym me weight carry krne wala chain nehi hain pull ups ke liye...toh iska koi alternative kar sakte hain kya?
Main bhi dumbell ankles mein fsa ke karta hu. Try agar sahi lage nahi toh negative part of the exercise 4 secs slow karo
