    sir iss workout me deadlift aur squat ek sath hai but mene ek shorts vedio dekha tha apka jisme apne kaha tha ki ye dono exercise ek sath nahi karni chahiye please ap meri iss confusion ko clear kar dijiye

    he is true m a student,I followed a high volume exercise for 2 months,in starting I was feeling so nice,I was going heavy and was feeling perfect, slowly after 30 days my body was so stressed,I started getting pain in joints n muscle.i was unable to recover and then my intensity went down.
    so then i decreased the volume and things went smoothly
