he is true m a student,I followed a high volume exercise for 2 months,in starting I was feeling so nice,I was going heavy and was feeling perfect, slowly after 30 days my body was so stressed,I started getting pain in joints n muscle.i was unable to recover and then my intensity went down. so then i decreased the volume and things went smoothly
