@navjot..though you don't respond..but genuine suggestion..if u can upload exercise video would help it more.. currently one can't relate what you say...as it not reflected by action i.e.exercise..

At home very limited weight in gym i was doing 35kg db bench press. At home i have max 15 kg should i take more weight or keep slow tempo to maximise effect ??

sir aik beginner jiske above average ya khelo ache genetics hai usko weight training me kitna weight gain krna chiye per week so wo kam se kam fat gain krte huye lambe samay ke liye muscle building krta rhe like 12-15 months. Thank You

Sir 6 days workout in a week, recovery me koi problem to nahi hogi..
For one month ho skta h but when you get used to it fir nhi hoga

if you are beginner keep your intensity low so you can quickly recover and then gradually apply progressive overload.
