@usualanamoly what is his greatness, he achieved peak fitness and won few prices, how is that greatness. He did that for satisfying his own ego. That is not called greatness. Great person is one, who sacrifice for bringing change in society either by inspiring them by his own story or helping other people achieve greatness. The only lesson we can learn from him is that we should not ego lift heavy weights and he didn't even wanted to teach us that.

Also his spinal injury happened during his college football days , and his first surgery was botched , so its just bad luck too , still he achieved his passion and dreams , obviously we should not ego lift but show some respect to a legend His name will be remembered even 100 years down the line but ours wont bro so work hard and achieve something in whichever field u want to before saying stuff like that Peace

I'm an Afghan and a Muslim too but I like this man and the way he represented his way of respect was wonderfull. First, he asked for permission then touched roonie's feet. I kind of always liked and respect Indian people regardless of thier faith and belief because I think they're are the world most joyful and happiest people. It doesn't doesn't matter if an Indian is rich or poor but they are always gratefull and happy for what they have. My relatives live in India and realy liked they that Indian treats them. I can also say that we Afhans might know Indian people and culture more than any other country because we grew up with Indian Movies specially Bollywood. From Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra to Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan we all know these people and thier repected culture. I even can say that most of afghan know Hindi Language without even traveling to India and that because of the movies. Besides this Most of Afghans watch and like cricket and after our national team most of us like watch and enjoy Indian Cricket National team.
