I used to do 130kg on squat in October but after saw your squat video and learned from it now my squat is 160kg just in 4 weeks 🏋 amazing 😃 thank you so much sir for your help ♥
@@kundan71 I use pre warm up sets and mid warm up sets before attempting to the actual 1Rep Max Firstly I use 5 pre warm up sets and reps should be performed like 20/10/5/3/2 and then now my legs and knees are totally warmed up to perform the Mid warm up sets which will allow me to choose the proper weight which I can handle and perform with the good technique for 1rep max. And how many Mid warm up sets one should perform depends on his/her current 1rm. (For example now I can squat 200kg for 1RM and the process I use to check out my 1RM is like this firstly I do my 5 pre warm up sets and here how they looks like Set 1 I perform 20 reps with empty barbell which basically is 20kg, Set 2 - 10 reps with 40 kg, Set 3 - 5 reps with 60 kg, Set 4 - 3 reps with 80 kg, Set 5 - 2 reps with 100kg and from this point now I'm ready to move on to my mid warm up sets and the reps should be perform only 1 for each mid warm up sets here how I perform my mid warm up sets = 120kg/140kg/160kg/170kg/180kg/190kg and then I attempt my 1RM which 200kg on squat. Well, this is how I learned and performs but always remember that the weight selection for each warm up phase/sets depends on your current strength levels because everyone's 1rm is different from each other like mine is 200kg, my friend's 260kg and yours could be 100kg only and like I said the process would be according to your current strength levels 🏋 Well, I did my best to explain the process and I hope it will help you. 👍
