It's recommended. I have a 16" side charging upper chambered in 450 from Bear Creek and I used a 30 round lancer magazine with a single stack follower from Tromix. After shipping it was like 23 bucks.
@@noahsimmons5818 I haven't had any issues with it. That 30 round mag yields me 7 rounds. Some say the Duramags are good too. I can't speak from experience on that though.
I got a .450 build Lancer mags work wonders I could fit 12 rounds in the 30rd mag but 10 I think is more than sufficient. The thing is ives tried half a dozen mags, steel mags are junk for .450. The Lancer mag loaded to 10rds with no modification works perfect no jams after 200rds. But that is just my experience and opinion

BuddyLe3 forsure man! I bought a sig sauer steel box yesterday from sportmans warehouse hopefully the big bore follower works good with it
