Absolutely love eggs. After every gym session I have to wolf down 2 eggs, a tin of beans and 2-4 sausages. It’s a proper war time meal but I don’t feel the need to eat a bucket load of food afterward and is great for my cut.

steak, eggs, butter, raw milk, sea salt, spring water. Brother came over my house one day and said "wtf, you don't have anything in your fringe" lol
If you care about the quality of your food, you should start getting your eggs from local farmers. Factory raised chickens are disgusting, I can't eat store bought eggs, gives me the shits. Also as much as I respect Efferding, I disagree with him on some of the stuff he says. Quality is everything, it's why I source ALL my food from local farms. He is dead wrong about salt too, table salt is man made, it's like putting shards of glass through your veins, your body literally can't break it down.
Main reason milk is bad is because A) factory farmed animals live in terrible conditions and pumped full of drugs, and by the time the milk gets to the consumer it's already weeks old B) We are not meant to drink pasteurized dairy.
