I finally did this one then afternoon as part of my core-focused workout day. A few modifications, but it’s already a favorite. I also used my light 2lb ankle weights too (I have sizes from 2lbs-5lbs). Thank you!!!

I was trying to decide between something a little lower key or this workout. I confess to getting a little scared of the word "intense." Desiree is so talented and inspiring that I went with the challenge. And, WOW! You are soooo awesome! My mind and body were engaged the entire workout! Can you please share your thoughts/insight on placing the hands under the bum for those reverse crunches?
The double leg stretch and the double leg lift? It’s very challenging keeping the “imprint” of your spine into the floor during these leg movements…so by placing the hands underneath your button it makes it a little easier to keep your lower back pressing into the floor and NOT allowing the back to arch. 👍🏼
Would you do a class on shoulder strength? At 24:37 this move hurts my shoulders and I couldn’t get my body up
Don’t worry, you can always modify by going into your straight arm reverse tabletop (on your palms) instead! 🥰💪🏼
