Hello dear Thanks for thus work out I have question When I am in the downdog position and I want to raise my leg, my pelvis rotates when I raise my leg. What exercises should I do so that the pelvis does not rotate when I lift the leg.
This actually depends on your preference.. for pilates I would recommend thicker mats (more than 5-6 mm) and for yoga you can also go for thinner ones. If you feel pain in your knee at times I would go for a thicker mat, as it is a bit more comfortable for your joints. However, personally, I like to workout and flow on my 4mm Manduka eco mat. I have always linked it in the description box down below in case you are curious.. but in the end it comes down to what you like most😊 the best is to try out different mats and see which one works best for you 😊 but there really is no right or wrong - you should feel comfortable while working out or doing yoga 🥰
