After the loss of my fur baby I haven't been able to work out since I didn't have enough energy to do so. This week I have been doing your stretching vids once again to add a bit of mobility to my routine. Today I feel like doing a bit more than stretches so this one sounds perfect. @andreaj, I do the same thing. Sometimes I’ll do the newer ones, sometimes I’ll do the older ones I’ve done before and see if there’s a difference when I do the exercises from previous times

This was great! It’s my flexibility training day, and while I didn’t want something super sweaty, I wanted something more than slow flow yoga. I feel very bendy and strong after this workout and it’s definitely going into the rotation!
