    After the loss of my fur baby I haven't been able to work out since I didn't have enough energy to do so. This week I have been doing your stretching vids once again to add a bit of mobility to my routine. Today I feel like doing a bit more than stretches so this one sounds perfect. I always enjoy your lovely company whole exercising!

    Desirée,Tuesday is the best day of the week! I was so looking forward to taking this class when I got home from work and, as always, it was awesome! The second round of the spider move /climb (not sure what you called it) killed me a little but I stayed with it. Fun. Challenging. Enjoyable.     OHHH the music! Loved the music..Love the outfit! Unique workout done slowly and purposefully which again I love and is so different than other youtube teachers. I've gotten to where I cannot do the other channel much anymore because I learn so much more from you and you just work with people who can't always do the extreme positions and you usually have modifications. Do your videos every day! Thanks as always......The music was just awesome. I love working out with music

      @andreaj, I do the same thing. Sometimes I’ll do the newer ones, sometimes I’ll do the older ones I’ve done before and see if there’s a difference when I do the exercises from previous times

      @@andreaj7458 same here. Often times when I go back to previous videos (sometimes new ones depending on style), I just love putting on my ankle weights and/or resistance bands to step up the challenge too

    This was great! It’s my flexibility training day, and while I didn’t want something super sweaty, I wanted something more than slow flow yoga. I feel very bendy and strong after this workout and it’s definitely going into the rotation!

      It takes time. There are many “quick fixes,” but those are never permanent. Slow and steady wins the race. Be sure you’re fueling your body with clean healthy nutritious foods and being mindful of your portions. We lose weight by burning more calories than we take in…so it’s important to move everyday. Try to stay positive and focused and surround yourself with people who are uplifting and supportive of your weight loss goals. We are all here for you as well. You are not alone. 💛

    I'm loving the frequent uploads!! I have some old foot injuries so planks and lunges are not exercises available to me, but I love being able to skip a bit and just supplement my workout with a different video!! Thank you!!!! 💗❤
