Excellent Exercises! I am doing in my country Chile, a workout programme for firefighters and there is a lot of ideas here that I can addapted to my rutins using firefighter equipment.

You rock. I'm definitely doing core between circuits so they don't recover too easily. I am doing it on Tuesday night. Muwahahaha. They are gonna love it. :)

I'm training a group of 7 year olds. It's a basketball team. I'm trying to condition them since they have the skill but get tired easily. What cardio exercises would you recommend?
I have dumbells, kettlebells, training ladder, cones, and I make them do a bit of crossfit moves I've seen on RUclips channels.

Your workouts are awesome! Do you have Any other ideas on workouts across the floor other than sprinting? I work in a gym half the size about 50 people and I'm trying to find ways to spice it up! (I only have matts and weights available for Bootcamp classes) please let me know :) thank you!!!
Hey thats great jasmine gonzalez so fun to be a trainer eh? BEST JOB EVER!! Well I pretty much share all my ideas here on my youtube channel, I have over 500 videos there for ideas. Search around and you will find all sorts of great ideas you can do with your clients. I always like just working the floor, have them space out across floor with their weights maybe even have mats around the outside and just work them. Minute of this...30 seconds of that.. from cardio move to weight lifting..squats, pushups then back up for some ladders. Then the mats are there to drop down and do some core or plank drills. Its killer I usually work the floor with them for a few minutes most classes. They love hate it.

HI, awesome so happy your getting some inspiration from my videos, I love sharing them! I make playlists on Spoitfy, I love it, I bought the premium $7 a month totally worth it. Or sometimes I like DJ Peetee he has hour long playlist on youtube. Alot of the songs you hear in my videos though are for video making, they are off a website called APM, you pay monthly to have access to their music so you can use it in your youtube videos and own the rights to it. I have a few playlists on Spoitfy under AXFIT!!

Do you just reset your 1 minute timer every time they switch stations or how do you time them? Also, if you had a small group using machines on the gym floor would you still do a minute each round or cut it down some?
Do you put out cue cards so your clients remember what each station is or just tell them at the begining of the session and to watch the next station? Loving your ideas too
Andrew Gittus Sorry just saw this, ya I run through what drills are happening at each fast and efficiently and they are always good to go.. walk around help people with form etc.

Brilliant workouts but maybe it's because I'm of a certain age and British - please lose the backward baseball caps. The range of exercises though I can't fault.
I love my hats and will always wear them, we are surfers here in Canada and thats just what we do. We just got different styles as I probably wouldn't like something your wearing right now hahah. :D
