    Group Size: 1-60
    Workout Categories: Indoor + Outdoor + Circuit + All-Levels + Full Body + Weights + Meditation + Fat Burn
    Terrain: Indoor + Outdoor + All Terrain
    Equipment: Heavy Dumbbells, Light Dumbbells, 8 Pylons, Rubber Resistance Bands, Med Balls, BOSU Balls, Exercise Mats, Bench or Box for Step-Ups
    * If you don't have all the equipment I use, you can easily substitute in a different exercise (that focuses on same area) with equipment you have or no equipment at all
    This is my moving circuit bootcamp! We start off with our GO-TO Warm-Up, then get into a phase focused on perfect combos to give clients a full body burn! If your looking for an all-around fat burner this is it! There is no better way to start off a workout…my crew was sweating buckets and feeling pumped going into phase 3. In Phase 3 we get into the meat and potatoes of this workout…a 9 STATION MOVING CIRCUIT. In moving circuits there are stations where clients move through a drill to get through as many times as they can. They are exciting, challenging, and different! I put a lot into the layout of each exercise and love structuring phases in a way to get the most results for my clients. If you don’t have all the equipment I used in this circuit you can sub in different equipment where need be. Just make sure when substituting you are adding in a exercise that focus on the same body part. Again…the stations are combo'd in a way to get max results!
    I finish the session off with a quick mediation session. I love doing this and clients do to. It's something different and puts everyone in an amazing mood leaving the workout. If you haven't done this before, i'm excited for you to try it out!

    "They're sweating, they're crying, they're looking at the clock, it's awesome!" while you're yelling at them to keep moving! I love an instructor who enjoys watching her students sweat! She shows no mercy!

    Great stuff as usual!! Do you do around 50 seconds per round?

    • @axfit
      @axfit  6 лет назад

      Gill Walmesley I did a minute round in this one but I switch it up all the time. Sometimes .30 or .45 or even 1.30 to make it longer. Keep it fresh and change it up!! I’ve even done a 1 min round then 30 sec on spot abs or cardio then the same station for .30 then rotate.

    Maybe you should spend less time videoing yourself and more time correcting your clients' form... not sure what those burpee and plank jump in/out folks are doing but that muuuust be good for their shoulders... But hey, get in get out is all that matters in today's busy lifestyle hey

      Hey Jena, thanks for your comment and concern.. Always good to look out for people. In the 60 min class I stop for a few seconds here and there to say something in the camera. I love my crew and always keep taps on form. I am definitely not a quick in and out trainer. I've have 80% of these guys for 4...6..7 years so they mean the world to me. The plank in and outs rock and for the more advanced clients it's ok to do, I always give modifications. Try them out you will see not so bad at all. I'm yet to have an injuries in the 11 years I've trained.. But I hope we are jinxing me now haha! So much amazing things going on in here it's too bad you don't see any positive.

      I do see the postitves, but as an AEP and S&C coach, I also see shit form..positives don't mean form should be compromised in parts, or lead to me getting more and more clients from people having longer-term issues (not always injuries, but how often to you do pain checks, ROM assessment, and other things?). Check your burpees, see how your shoulders feel over time doing a push-up with your elbows splayed out to the side and scapula not actually set.

      Well thanks for the info and I'll do some testing with them this week coming... you are right! Also it's time for me to do another class all about form. I remind people constantly but there's some people in class that just do what they want sometimes even though they know it's wrong. But I'm going to toughen down on them. I appreciate your reality check. We all need it sometimes.

      @jenabuchan if you study Fitness Cert 3 and 4 they highlight that group workouts do not accommodate for form and technique and that's addressed through 1 on 1 personal training
