    Use any equipment or no equipment at all, but try this style circuit out.
    2 sets at each station
    Set 1: 1 min on the move ~ They do what ever amount of reps you want at each piece of equipment then they move to the next piece of equipment in that station. Going down that stations row hitting up each equipment until the end, then they hit a sprint to the end of the gym and the start back at the first piece of equipment at that station. They keep doing this for that 1 min.
    Set2: 30 sec on spot (no moving) A whole new exercise using the same piece of equipment.
    After that second set then everyone rotates as a whole to the next station to their right.
    At 9 station with 2 sets at each station, you're looking at 18 sets total.

    Look good but I don’t understand it’s 2 set each spot ok but what is the time? How many répèts ? If somebody know thx ;)
