Thanks Coach!! It's burrrrrns! The person squatting really feels it in the legs and lower back almost like a dead lift. Then this really kicks up the regular plank by adding in that up and down movement. I tell the advanced people in the plank to really push down on that persons hands with their feet, try to add all their weight they can to make those squats just feel real heavy. (but keep that pelvic up) :D

Great ideas..Im a tennis coach, i do mix it up with your exercises a lot when its time to do fitness. I have 2 hour clases this year, how would you recommend to incorporate the fitness part into the class ( i do it perfectly on 1 hour classes), since now its a 2 hour class, like 1 hour pure tennis and then the second hour mixing it up with fitness? or 2 hour mixing it up with fitness every half hour? or any other?

Hey sorry just saw this now. Ya for anyone who can't jump well I just had the one partner in a plank and the one who couldn't jump just do little jumps side to side on their own. Modify anything you have to for people for sure!
