    Terrain: Indoor + Outdoor + All Terrain
    Equipment: Exercise Mats (recommended), *Light and *Heavy Dumbbells, 12 Pylons
    I was all over my clients in this workout. All you need to do this one is some exercise mats and dumbbells. It can be done anywhere you want…indoors, outdoors, on a hillside, at the beach…wherever!
    The on-spot combos in Phase 2 were killer! I spiced up some old moves and introduced some new ones too. I'm always keeping clients on their toes and they never know what kind of magic i've brewed up. Phase 2 built the intensity of this workout to peak in Phase 3 - The PUNISHER! In this drill, clients go through the sets exercises at their own pace. They were racing to see who could complete the challenge first. It was self-punishment as they stopped at nothing to push to their max.
    This is our clients hour. We cannot waste there time - give them what they want…create muscle confusion, make it fun, and rock them right from the start! Have fun with this class, let me know how it goes for you.

    Hi! I'm a captain for my school's swim team and your videos have been a great help in coming up with creative (torturous) dryland workouts. I do have a question: When you run your classes, how long do you usually take to explain the workout to your clients? Does it take away from your actual class time?

      Hey Captain, sounds like you got a great job there and I am sure motivating a lot of your crew.
      So I always start with a good warm up and that gets them moving and in the zone and their heart rate pumping so that they need that 1-2 min water break before we start the main meat and potatoes of my session. So while they are dirnking water and shaking it off I get into the next phase. I do with fast efficiently and very clear. Then we get into the phase, during the phase I go around showing form to anyone that is doing it wrong and also yell out to the whole crew the next moves to keep it flowing. Its a mix of explaining before and during the phase. I am going live on RUclips this Sunday at 3pm eastern time to talk about this topic as many trainers email me with this very same questions.     Two Questions Coach, how often are your bootcamps throughout the week, also do you do totally new exercise moments every single bootcamp.

      AMAX Hiiii. I teach 4 nights a week and 3 mornings a week and I try to bring at least one new exercise or combo/element each night. How’s your training going?

      AXFIT.COM Pretty good, I have doubled my number, I'm up to 10-12 people, I took over a class of 5 to 6 people 3 months ago. Nothing like you, but I'm happy 💪

      Thats awesome it takes time to build but word will spread. Try a '"bring a friend" day that sometimes helps.
