I like Amanda's voice & how her & Randy talk back and forth while looking at the homes. I don't consider these tiny homes but homes or houses. 👍Good job I like seeing how these houses are built & the variety of choices to choose from for the builds! The dog is part of the program as well blessings to Randy & Amanda in Jesus name.

Beautiful home. Love seeing these to get ideas. The only thing I’d change is have a bump out where the tongue box is and put the washer and dryer there. Put the toilet next to the sink.

People forget that pesticides have been around for a very long time. And not the good kind. Everyone I know with breast cancer have eaten organic. It's going to take a little bit of time for places like these to grow our own food to know exactly what you're putting in your bodies. It's wonderful that these communities will be growing their own food. Don't forget about growing fruit trees, vines, etc.!! Would love to talk to Randy or Amanda sometime. Live near Toledo!!!!

I want a home, I just have no where to put it. That's the dilemma. Would be nice, if you know, have a segment on where we can place them and connections. I'd buy one today if it was close enough for my business.
Can check sites like Tiny House Listings, Try Tiny, etc. for properties available for placing a tiny house on...
Along with checking with your local planning board to see what's allowed in your area...
There might also be a local tiny house advocacy group in your area with more specific information...

Is Randy going to sign the houses? You may have said so in another video and I missed it.
What about the shower water? On the ceiling, the wood, it'll get damp, and moisture will get in and behind that, no bathroom exhaust fan? All the shower stream and water??
No way! The toilet could be moved over at least 4 inches toward the shower pan. I'd be very upset if that were my tiny home!
Should have put a ikea tiny sink in that bathroom
Better use of space would have been to swap the toilet and sink, omit the window, omit the floor cabinet and put a wall cabinet over the newly positioned toilet. However they obviously don't mind paying the price for the window in the loss of floor space, my guess is they may mind later.
The W/D and vanity should have been switched.

Hey Randy, what materials did you use to make the entire roof?.. What is the name of the interior spray foam that is used in your home creations? I heard you say it is a cheaper but more efficient way to insulate. How so? When the outside of that beautiful home was painted, what was the name of that paint? Is that rust proof? How long will the weather proofing last? Hope I hear from you. Thanks for all videos. They inspire me.

Do you build tiny homes that can be placed on a foundation?
Homes placed on a foundation have to meet the local building codes. So you would have to contact them and provide the details of where you want to place it to see if they could do it...

How much more would this tiny home cost AS IS but a 10x 24 instead of 8x24 ??!!!

I very seldom eat beef.......mostly pork or ground turkey, salmon. Beef seems to tear my stomach up. I eat more veggies.

Awesome house...love you two together with video. If you made the bedroom and living room split the height what would the measurement be? I am 5’6. Would I be able to stand in each? Do ya understand what I am asking?
The interior height they can usually provide is about 11' 2"... So half would be 5' 7" but you also have to account for the thickness of the loft floor... So one of them you may have to duck your head a bit.
An alternative is to split the level... Have a storage space under part of the loft that can let you have it lower for a section of the loft you can stand and the rest can be just the bed that would then seem to be normal bed height to get in and out from the lower platform.
Can also depend where you want to put it, since some states have a higher maximum height limit and could be an option if you never intend to move out of state...

Do you ever, watch your own videos, I told you, you were being trolled, go back and watch, both videos, of the $15000, tiny house and you will see, that the live video stream, worked. The only live stream, that cut out completely, was the time, you went in, to the small, metal building and you looked at the $15000, tiny house, cabinet build and you made the mistake, of closing, the metal door.
Counter-intuitive to have the loft down on main floor.
I Disagree, it's a great use of space. They obviously desire their bedroom on the ground floor, probally want to be on the same level as the bathroom so as to not have to climb stairs in the night.

That Bathroom would not work for me !
If they take the washer and dryer out it will be perfect. Then put the single washer and dryer combination where the refrigerator is and set a mini fridge on top of the washer dryer combo. I always keep a freezer outside anyway.
I really would love him doing the talking without her speaking. I said before at times it’s like watching a comedy show. I watch these because I interested in seeing the tiny homes not the extra commentary. I just watch another video where he showed another tiny house and she wasn’t talking. No offense to her but I would appreciate just him doing all the talking.
