I love the red house, 8x16. I'm not a ladder person so I loved seeing both sets of stairs. I didnt know u could make such a cute house that small. Your team of builders are very mindful of creating cubby space vrs a big empty holes. I love shelves and also drawers over having empty space under sinks. After watching your videos it makes me look at my house in zones of how to declutter my house

I remember when you built your first tiny house for someone, you was talking about wanting to start making hobbit doors, you it your first barn doors to a bathroom for someone, it was a beautiful home. You give me hope that one day the word "retirement " is going to be in my vocabulary. If I will get a tiny home, it won't be from anyone else but you and ITH.
And just want to say that Teddy has a great voice!...WOW, and when you start singing with him, can tell that you have a good voice too.....you both sound really good.

after you made it but maybe you'll find it. I have emailed with your brother Sam, and for me, my tiny home time is within the next 1 to 3 yrs, no more than that and maybe more like 1 to 2 yrs. Want to come down to meet you and just come to one of your workshops and jams to just see everything in person. Now I'm thinking of the spring of 2019!. Have been starting to declutter my house so I'm not leaving everything to the last minute!!!.

This camera work is killing the show. Price and pictures with dementions is all I'm looking for. From what I can see. You could remove the stairs from the living room side and add a cat walk and have picture windows where those stairs are and that would make it perfect.
Also plz .. don't make windows to big any body can just walk in...2:door easy 2 clean ...

Thinking that's not much of a living room, might have been better made as a reverse lost with fold-out couch. Surprised to see two staircases and 2 lofts in a 16-footer. Looks nice though.

The windows don't come with screens so that would be something you would have to ask them to add...
