    This is the most impressive Tiny Home I've ever seen. The imagination and effort it must have took to create this masterpiece is outstanding. This home has perfect floor plan and interior design. Additionally the outside is so whimsical leaving people breathless. Once you guys entered the house there was only one thought that crossed my mind: "This is what I call home!"

    For oldies like me a tiny house must have a downstairs bedroom and a full sized bath. My house is 350 sq ft and has both of these. You also must have double glazed windows, openable to the breezed and mosquito frames. Then you will have a wonderful tiny house in your old age.

    • @helenaville5939
      @helenaville5939 6 лет назад +3

      My grandparents are in their 80s and don't need a downstairs bathroom or a bath. Not everyone is the same as you.

    • @beldengi
      @beldengi 6 лет назад +14

      Please read my comment again. I said that as an oldie I need a downstairs BEDROOM. I don't want to be climbing up and down a ladder to go to the toilet in the middle of the night in my 70's or 80's. And most tiny houses have ladders. And if your folks don't have a bathtub they are missing out badly on one of life's great soothing pleasures.

    Thought the Hobbit was my favorite but I love this one even more! You could put a soji (msp) screen in between the two upper bedrooms. I can see staining the pull out bars for the conversion bed and upholster the rest in vinyl ...ideas, ideas, ideas! Think this is the one I want. , Think I’d add a back door then build an office and bedroom. Room for guests, kids and grandkids.

      Here in New Mexico tiny houses would never happen. Realtors and the energy companies would not allow it. Realtors want you to buy a house for $300,000 a house you can't afford and the energy companies want you to pay $300-$500 a month for electric, gas, and water.

      When people build their own they spend 15000 using reclaimed materials, here you are paying for labor and new materials. Think about the savings on electric and gas.

    • @Renelephant
      @Renelephant 5 лет назад +5

      I have to agree, Liz. I paid $75,000 for my home BUT that was in 2001-2003. It's 1100 square feet not including one car garage and car port. I must admit that I have let it run down a lot. I'm not construction wise, don't have a husband or family member that is, either. It's an older home in a GREAT neighborhood, though! OH and about 1/2 to 3/4 acres land (I honestly cant remember). As it is, TODAY, I don't know--maybe $100K (cause I did let it go-in a negative way.
      I can't see spending 60k or more for a "Tiny House" when there is NO LAND for it to sit and tiny house living space. However; I LOVE TINY HOUSES! WITHIN REASON

    Does the bathroom have exhaust fan ? No Hood exhaust fan in kitchen?

    • @ZeoCyberG
      @ZeoCyberG 7 лет назад +2

      The bathroom vent is against the wall above the toilet... The kitchen exhaust looks like it was covered by a wreath... Keep in mind this is just something they staged so it doesn't look empty, the range and everything is not staying, the owner has yet to furnish and finish it and it's intended to be used as a rental property and that generally means it doesn't have to be set up for year round full time living...
      While, like he stated in the video, the staging was just to give people ideas of what is possible...

    I’m so upset at these comments. Oh my gosh. They don’t get it. These people ordered and got a design what they want with the best. It mobile. I can’t believe these rude people. No lady, you might have seen a different design, but you aren’t going to get better! You guys hire someone else to build this design, no one would build you a design. Just the door! The roof, grrr... you guys are ignorant. Other builders use the basic blueprint and cheap supplies built so bad. Incredible tiny House gets these tiny homes started from other builders that screwed up so bad! This company puts the Red Carpet down for you and you become family. There’s NOTHING they won’t do to get you the best price they can get. In fact, half the time they don’t make money. Grrr...it’s not their fault factory prices are so high. These people are Servants. This man knows what it’s like to be in debt and wants to help people and there’s nothing they wouldn’t do to help you! I’m sorry these people are ignorant. Keep up the love you have for people. You have helped so many people.

    The bavarian cottage theme is really adorable, but it looks like all the thought and work went into the theme, and not into the comfort or design of the space someone has to live in. The living space and even the appliances are all an afterthought, sacrificed to the "cute bavarian design". There is no storage, the living room looks and functions like a closet with a couple of chairs in it, all because you were more interested in getting your 'old world dormers' into the ceiling and wasting all of that space you could have used for living space, and a proper 2nd bedroom. Instead, you cut out a foot or two minimum, to a hassle of a murphy bed, (that you have to hang the TV on?) just what everyone wants to do when they get ready for bed, or have guests over, have to move the two chairs and bench (no room for a real sofa) out of the way to let down the bed. What happens if you want to lay in bed and watch TV?And where was that ladder you climbed to get into that awkward master bedroom with absolutely no storage drawers or closet, and open (no privacy) to the hallway below with your "bavarian grapevine fence"? Wherever it was, I do not blame that lady for not wanting to climb up there, who would unless they were a child? And please do no get me started on the awful side of the refrigerator (another afterthought in color choice, and bad floor layout) that greets you as you enter the living space. And what are you supposed to do with that teeny tiny bathroom sink? The kitchen layout is bad just like the rest of the living space layout. That dark corner with the overhead cabinets against the dark grey wood, my husband kept asking me what's behind there? It was so dark without his cheaters he thought it was something else, he couldn't tell it was just a dark hole wall. At least one of those overhead cabinets, probably two, or all, should have been sacrificed and open shelving put there to lighten up the space and give room to put the refrigerator somewhere else.I am sorry, you did a great job on the outside "bavarian cottage" theme, and a terrible job of designing a tiny house with liveable space, storage, room, and liveability. I give it a C-.

    I think what you are trying to say is that the back has Mock Tudor beans and the front is thatched like some English cottages but the thatched roof is on what basically looks from the back like a Swisd Cottage or at a stretch kinda Bavarian but it hasn't made its mind up which is called something to do with the Highlands but it's not like anything I've ever seen in the Scottish Highlands where I was born and brought up, however it could be after the area in Kenya called the Highlands where European aristocratic families used to exile the black sheep of their respective families and as a result they got up to all kinds of shenanigans, drink, drugs, homosexuality, adultery all the stuff that its too cold to do in the real Scottish Highlands except the drinking, and too frowned upon in England and the other European countries they hailed from. History lesson and short area architecture lecture free by way of the Scottish education system. Lmfao! Its cute I know you do some amazing quirky houses like the hobbit one and quite a few others...I'm just being facetious because I am bored due to insomnia lol!

      I was just thinking 'we have slate roofs, and maybe the really old cottages would have had reed thatch or turf, and they're all sandstone with white harling here, or bare pink sandstone, and it has dormers, which are right, but the gables should be taller than the roof, because when they switched to slate from turf/reeds, the slate roofs on the same beams were thinner.' then he said it was parked at somewhere called 'Highland Ridge' and it not looking the least bit Scottish Highlands made sense :P
      I think it's nearly Storybook style, such an eclectic take on European vernacular architecture

    I agree these tiny homes are overpriced! I don't know if I'd feel safe in secure in it, on the road, etc. Seems too easy for somebody to come in and steal your stuff, or worse, harm you! Security is NEVER talked about in detail with these things. I can't see spending all that money on these, would rather pay for a regular home. Unless you're a celebrity and/or travel quite a bit I can't see the use of these things.

    Wind resistant to 170 miles an hour.
    Hitch it up to a Ferrari, take it on the freeway and let’s see!

      Ferrari couldn't pull it
      But a hurricane can easy produce 170 mph
      For the people on the coast is important to know how much wind it can take

    Not sure why anyone would want to walk through a front door directly into a bathroom.
    Some tiny houses seem spacious. This one seems claustrophobic.
    Best parts of this house, for me, are the outside and the loft.
    Two suggestions if you plan to make videos in the future:
    Wear a microphone so the volume of your voice is consistent.
    Buy a tripod so the camera doesn't continually shake.
    I did LOL at "old world architexture."

    Loving the exterior, reminds me of a fairytale cottage. Love the inside layout and loft. It's great that is a 10 ft wide which gives you more space than other standard tiny homes. Overall really nice characterized tiny house, I really like it.

    Omg I’m in Love with this beautiful tiny house ♥️♥️ it has to be my favorite by far!!!! I think i need one for my yard! You know- so I can have my own space for crafting 😂 I might not want to ruin it so I’ll just maybe live in here and use my current bedroom in my house as a craft space 😘 My husband may not agree with that though lol 😂

    Many good things here, but the cutesy grapevine railings are just dust and grime collectors. Those sort of things are impossible to keep clean and looking cutesy. Mark my words, they will eventually exchange them for something easier to handle.

      Agree. Also would want safer railings for putting kids up there in the loft.

      I agreed with you. Those grapevine railings looked beautiful, but they are quite difficult to maintain when they get dusty!

      I agree, also and it seems where they are put simply for decor is a waste of valuable storage space.

Thanks Also what is your website so I can look at other models. TY

    Yes tiny homes are getting pricey but it's a well built house. I see people paying the same and even more for fancy campers and Motorhomes that are poorly built so please stop complaining folks! Beautiful Crafting on this one.
