I am Martha’s neighbor, I’m in a hobbit house across the way. I’m the one who nicknamed her house the death star, and was so glad to find out she was a true star wars fan! 😊 She’s thinking of putting a sign over the front door that says, “that’s no moon!” 💕
What fun! You live in the polar opposite style of house, yet the people inside each one have so much in common. Lucky you to live in that great community.
Hi EJ, I've heard your name mentioned by Randy and Amanda in several videos but didn't know that you own the hobbit house. It's so cute and I'm sure it is beautiful on the inside. Hope you all continue to be blessed.
Just rewatched this video after seeing an updated one on Martha’s beautiful home. She has added and changed some things and it even looks prettier. She also decided to keep her home in this same area bc she loves her neighbors so much! How wonderful for her!
Thank you so much for showing u home to us , I am a single , my daughter finished her college n has a good job , I am 64 years old. Been looking at the tiny house for long time , but not think close where I live , I will be retiring next year , I have to looking for a place that I can afford to live in my retirement thank you so much . Lilly Li
Randy is a very smart guy to create these communities... And as a single person, I would love to live where I knew most of my neighbors (if not all) and we visited with each other. That's such a healthy environment. And she has everything she needs in that space! An queen sized bed, a full shower, a washer and dryer, a good sized oven and fridge, and lots of light -- and did you see all that wood? What a gorgeous interior. My heating bill for the 4-bedroom apartment I live in is $300 a month in the winter. I'd love to have a $30 a month bill. Her rent is reasonable, too. I envy her.
I've lived in apartments my entire adult life and I NEVER knew any of my neighbors. Still don't. It's sad. I sure do miss the sense of community. Plus rents are getting so flipping expensive!!! I want a slot in the Mountain!
Follow your dream. Don't admire what someone else has done or is doing. Get up and do it. All it takes is money and if you're working full time make a plan and carry it out. You only have one life. Live it.
I would love to see a video about Martha again once she gets her deck done. Her choice of TH looks absolutely perfect for those of us who don’t wanna deal with stairs in our retirement years. Also she has everything in there washer dryer oven beautiful farm sink good size bathroom and bedroom and living room it’s just absolutely wonderful. By the way Randy has put 4 houses out on the prairie now so the prairie is available
Martha, the 'Death Star' is stunning! It's so warm and elegant inside, which more than makes up for the rather stark (and very handsome) exterior. Thanks so much for sharing it with us, and for encouraging Jenna to feature Randy and his business as well. One thing I'm remarking as I watch is the number of single women in the development - that speaks volumes for the sense of security and community you find there, which will only increase as you all settle in. I wish you a long and happy life there ❤❤❤
This home is stunningly beautiful, truly dazzling. There should be a cover charge merely to enter! You’ll never be a complainer if you live in this container! Good gracious, it’s spacious! Great to be her neighbor. May be the Force be with you, Martha!
@@mariperez9925 Thank you Mari. Safe bet that our future newer tiny will be likely featured by ITH. Hardly seems like over six months ago Randy filmed it (it was for sale)

If you want or need a tiny, Randy & the ITH FAMILY will help you get a tiny @ an affordable price. After you get your tiny from them they will stand behind there work & not blow you off. I so much admire what Randy is doing, his enthusiasm and love for building these communities is super inspiring. I cannot wait for the day I can live exactly this way in Australia. Martha's container layout is gorgeous - everything you could possibly need and more. Thanks again Jenna for another perfect video.
A tiny home is in my future. The container home is definitely not out of the question and Randy's prices are very reasonable. thank you for sharing . I can't wait!
I'm considering a tiny home in the future, and I like the idea of using a shipping container. They're sturdy, a nice size, and my arthritic knees need everything on one level, no ladders or steep stairs.
@@rowanaforrest9792 After seeing this one, I think I agree with you. The only thing I would add is a tiny real fireplace/heater. The builder is someone I'm going to look into when the time comes. His prices seem reasonable and their work is nice.
@@Vashti0825 Oh yes, a real fireplace is a must, or I'd rather have a small pellet/wood stove with a flat top that I could do simple cooking on in case of a complete power outage. (Heating water or making soup, rice, or oatmeal.)
What a wonderful and inspiring video. So glad Martha found the community she was looking for. And her container home is absolutely lovely. I'm in Australia and a few years away from retirement and have developed a passion for container homes. So, while I'm not considering a future in a community based location, I'm here more to see what Incredible Tiny Homes had done to Martha's container. And it's a little gem. I'm making a bucket list of the features incorporated in this build and others on the net in anticipation of building my own Death Star. Well done ITH and Martha.
Randy and Incredible Tiny Homes are revolutionizing the industry. Love them to pieces. Someday maybe I will be able to realize my dream of being a part of their community.
Jenna, what a fabulous job that you and Martha did on this video. Martha’s story is wonderful and is where many of us are beginning our tiny house journey. Thank you Jenna and Martha!!
I agree with all you say about Randy. I live in U.K., I'm English. He is great and his homes are wonderful and his enthusiasm is catching. I am only able to dream. Good luck in your beautiful home. 🇬🇧👌🤗😀🤗
I have been watching Incredible Tiny Homes, for the lat two days, as they have opened the third section up. It is known as the Prairie. It is so exciting. Next will be the Mountain, but first is the new factory, for building more tiny homes!!!
OK, so that tall pencil Christmas tree is THE sweetest thing I have seen in a tiny house. If you have room for a Christmas tree then you have room for anything. Your home is spectacular and I hope you are blessed with many, many years of happiness in it.
Living on a fixed income. How could I even start the idea of living in a tiny home? I live in a boarding house where my rent is two-thirds of my check. The rest goes to bills and whatever food I can afford for the month. I would love to live in a tiny home since it's only me. No family, so Holidays will be like every other day. I LOVE his work and would feel so blessed to own one of his Incredible Tiny Homes, someday. So, thank you, Jenna, for giving him the recognition (I feel) he deserves.
Of all the Tiny homes I've seen somehow I really do like the Shipping Container Home. To me the metal would be so much more stable, sturdy & endure moving. And I love love love the idea that she has left the original doors up, and once it's completely set up on the mountain, that the deck will go between the doors. I can envision that!! What a brilliant idea!! It will also give somewhat a bit of privacy! The best overall idea I have seen. 💕
Martha's tiny home is so well-designed. And that tiny home community--WOW! I hope that we continue to see more and more of these communities showing up all over the world!
Her place is 320 square feet and I think she said it was less than $60,000. Where I live houses with as little as 800 square feet would cost a minimum of $500,000. The property prices go up from there! Those who say that these are too expensive must be using different math. I live in a rare mobile home park in Massachusetts and my lot rent is $821 a month. It covers water/sewer, tash, and snow plowing. If I wanted to rent an apartment the size of my trailer, it would cost $2500-$3000 a month and often won't include utilities.

Martha, your home is beautiful! Thank you for sharing Incredible Tiny Home and your incredible tiny home.

I just love Randy Jones personality and his craftsmanship on his tiny homes. His dog Ace is lovable too ❣️ I would move into your Tiny home without any hesitation it’s set up perfectly. I’m a fan of the bedroom downstairs also.Thank you for sharing your adorable container home with us all.
She has such a beautiful home! Hard to believe it's a former shipping container. Can't wait until we can visit Incredible Tiny Homes in Newport, TN!!
Martha - your home is beautiful, you look so happy there. My brother has a home in the Beach. I love the Forest but am excited to see the Mountain developed. Randy's dreams are coming true!
@@Swim136my brother planted several plants on the one side already. He and his neighbor are planning to landscape the area between them. They have a small area to work with so a lot will have to be in containers because of the concrete.
@@debbietice2937 I’m gonna miss using Mike’s lot for my car washing gigs during his Florida work stay!
Such a warm and cozy home - and Martha seems to be the same! I'm inspired by Randy who is so passionately creating what so many people crave! Good on him!
What a Blessing, Home, Friends, RANDY, and STAFF.

I've been watching several tiny home videos, and so far I like this tiny house the best.
Jenna, thank you for a polished and exciting look at the Incredible Tiny Home Community. Martha was delightful. Her tiny home was classy and inviting. The drone shots helped capture Randy Jones's trail blazing vision. This was a generous video, a cut above, the best I've seen about ITH. All under 12 minutes!
