I love how enthusiastic she is! I can tell she really loves her home
The homes in the park are too close together for my taste, but this couples' house is really so well designed. I like the idea of no loft to climb into and enough space to walk around the bed. Very clever way of providing air inflow through the front door!
Hello Allie
I loved that front door! What a concept!
I totally agree 👍🏻
Q😊😢😊😮😮😊@@AlexTodd-60s
Jenna, this was such a well planned out home. I don't feel the neighbour's could be too close, for comfort. As you get older, meeting neighbour's can be fun and, offer friendships that ordinarily would be missed when fixated on privacy.
I love the thought given to keep what is necessary and agree, as we age, who wants 'stuff'! Thanks for sharing this video and, thanks to the couple who let us get a peek inside, their Tiny Home.
I've been living in my 250 square foot tiny house for over 7 years now. Very happy!
One of the most beautiful tiny houses I've seen
Love this home and this couple seems awesome. I wish them many years of health and happiness in their tiny home. 😊
Walking around the bed....its wonderful....dont have to crawl n easy to make the bed everyday
Love your channel. I want to have a tiny house someday.
I love this, because it shows that you can still have your loved collections! Blown glass is gorgeous!
Hello holly
Of all of the tiny houses I have seen, this is my favorite. So many are impractical for seniors and this floor plan, with all of the storage ideas ticks all of the boxes.
There's one in Texas with a retired school teacher and hers in all one floor. Wrap around deck and lots of built-ins. Hopefully you never are hurt but climbing ladders is never great daily for older knees and stairs with storage is always a great idea.
Just one of the best house designs I’ve seen. Love the layout. 🙂🙃🙂❤️✌️
That extra two feet of width elevates the home to the proportions of a "regular home" and keeps it from looking like a long hallway. In the video, this showed the most in the kitchen. What a lovely home! Thank you for sharing!
I love this house but would want more space between the homes. My husband loves working on the yard. Our home is about 1200 sf so I call it my “tiny home” and I love it! I also, love the front door and would love to have something like that on my home. It is beautiful 🤩!
Hello lormor
I would hate living in some faceless, soul-deadening suburb. No wonder we have so many mass shootings.
Love the idea of outdoor garden. The community could also have community garden
Nice little house and the extra 2 foot width really makes a huge difference in layout possibilities.
I like the idea of a tiny house community but that is like living in a parking lot so not where I would want to live.
The deck really does add another living area and the smaller the inside living area is, the more we use an outside area which helps meet neighbors and that's what builds a community.
Have you seen Cottages at Pine Lake in Woodsville, Alabama, yet? Building around a small lake. $30/month lot rentals. :)
You are on the wrong video aren't you? You should be watching home improvement videos where people add new rooms to an already big house 🙂 I think these videos are watched by people like me who want to spend limited amount of money of using so we can spare some more on lifestyle. The idea is to spend on travelling, health care and stress free life rather than on wooden logs and planks and contractors and land.
@@happilysmpl Umm, no. I love my tiny house and it is 320 sq ft. I spend a lot of my time outside and traveling. I just have no interest in living in a parking lot.
@@carolb3946 I will check them out, thanks!
@@carolb3946 Looks good but under development I see. And the space rent is projected at $300/month plus utilities which is probably reasonable once it is all set up. The developer is making the common mistake of facing the front of the houses outward. I like property layouts where the homes face inwards, towards each other, or the lake, or a courtyard. Vehicle access road is around the perimeter. If I was developing the property I would pull the lake front homes back at least 50 feet and face them towards the lake and add a boardwalk around the lake.
Aw! I enjoyed the tour and can see this couple really love having lots of things
around them, that make them comfortable. No surface was empty was free of stuff.
The houses are butt up to each other. I would love move space.
Love both the interior and the exterior. The sleeping area is beautiful. ❤❤❤
A real toilet is the big selling point for me, LOL! Also real steps and a ground floor bedroom. Lofts and ladders are definitely not my thing. A really nice layout with just about everything you need.
Great house…I would need a larger lot and trees!
that is always possible but we are in our small town and it works for us
Congrats on your beautiful, customized, tiny home & lovely community.
In fact, congratulations on a life well-lived & well- traveled, together. You are blessed & living the dream!
Beautifully ❤ Love the entry door with the pull down glass and screen genius!!! Yes I have to have an ice maker too
ABSOLUTELY adorable !!! Unconditional Love and Light to All ❤️ ✨️
I'm looking to design-build an affordable, sustainable tiny home community. I love watching your videos. It gives me inspiration. Thank you.
I absolutely love your home ! Worth every cent !! And you r given me some ideas when it’s my time to tiny !!! ❤️👍🙏💯
Thank you for this upload. What nice people. And of it all works for them, I say well done !!! For me the homes are very close together, but hey, they seem very happy. The whole place was well planned, and that's a builder to take notice of IMHO.
Nice house and she REALLY likes her choices...
Very efficient! Ive been living in snall spaces mostly off grid and rural since the mid 1990s. Living next to neighbours such as that may not be everyone's cup of tea but that's an individual's choice... No different than living on a boat at a marina of a small town house for that matter.
The owner is full of enthusiasm and it shows! Thats what it's all about in the long run. I suppose as one gets older the sebse pf community would be most welcome!
Congratulations on your happy tiny home!
Nicely thought out. Love all the special touches from your many travels; that does add more personality and warmth. With the homes so much closer together, it provides a more community feel.
I love you tiny home and I love some of your ideas and our plan to borrow some of it building my tiny home thank you so much for sharing God bless you both Community healthy happy years and your tiny
Beautiful, beautiful, one of a kind. Love it.
I live in a 1720 sq ft home. Three bed, two bath. I myself see everything in the tiny home that would suit me fine other than one bathroom. The layout is fantastic and looks like home.
Thank you for sharing. You have a beautiful home. I love the glass artwork from your travels.
Easy-to-follow shed designs This guide has the information you need to design and build your own ideal backyard shed. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxzaRUJNcbypw-fRBDbqqz43ULIa-1EGP- The book then presents several basic sheds, along with a number of more complex special-use sheds. It was fantastic and I wanted to let all the readers know that even a little old Grandma can build a shed. Thanks to the author for offering all the directions to build a shed from start to finish.
Very nice house! The 10’ makes all the difference. Impressive art all around, but the glass collection is superb! And the frontdoor window is smart, but also really beautiful.
What a great tiny house, my wife and I about the same age retired to a smaller home and love it.
This couple spent a fortune on their house, but yet their living room is so cramped and cannot accommodate a couch, and then, that shelf in the bedroom, taken from the bathroom, looks like a cluttered nightmare, and they even have stacks of shoes piled up, @ eye level behind the TV, and tiny living doesn't mean squirreling your belongings everywhere, in view of yourself and others. Also, I concur with others, that it looks like they're living in a parking lot, but to each his own, and as long as they are happy, that's all that matters.
People don't realize what is meant by downsizing. Things need to be gone before you move they move in. You cannot fill your tiny with all the things that were in your large home.
Is too many dust catchers for my taste
I just adore this tiny home. ❤
beautiful, the kitchen was wowwwww, the bathroom too, and the trick in the main door for ventilation
I love this house. It has everything I would need.
Hello there
Beautiful home. Love the kitchen and the bedroom!!
I really like the interior. Nice little storage areas too.
I love their home. My favorite the door, too. I actually snapped pictures of it for my future build.
Congratulations and enjoy your lives 👏🏽
beautiful place. stunning kitchen with the appliances and ice maker! really awesome ideas and colors.
Your tiny is so homey-comfortable. Real chairs oh my. 😉 enjoy.
This is one of the best designs I've seen.
Such a lovely tiny home. Love it and I can see how proud u r of it.God bless
Thank you for the tour of your beautiful tiny home ❤
Hello kimski
Love this house and gardens.
Cute place, love the kitchen and her colour palette.
Love this layout!
Great ideas… I applaud anyone who can make the minimalist transition. I have good friends who’ve done this and enjoyed a freedom many cannot fathom. Is this setup for me? Could I manage it? It all depends, I can see the neighbors being so close to be a possible problem… However, my friends who’ve made this transition to a minimalist lifestyle actually love it. They socialize and truly enjoy their community… It definitely is making me think…
Lovely home - looks roomy inside.
Beautiful! Just right!
I like the bedroom, the way he made a queen fit and to still have walk-around room! So did the place cost $105k (which includes the deck?) The more I watch tiny home videos, the more ideas to make one cozier and more accessible. Nice place!
Love that door!!!
Love the front door idea.
Love your channel and if I lived by myself, I would live tiny
This is a beautiful tiny.
I like that wire heat option for the incoming water. My dad was a welder, so, if it was necessary our pipes could be carefully thawed, in extreme blizzard conditions, but underpinning and simply well wrapped insulation worked most of the time. Often other people would get his help thawing their pipes. He's a professional pipe fitter. A lot of people where we lived weren't there long enough to want underpinning. Many years we didn't. Lots if Colorado blizzards happened every winter. Very large deep drifts, but also very dry. Unlike Pennsylvania which also had lots of snow that piled up, but was wet and heavier snow. I don't think we had full underpinning in Pennsylvania. Those were our first years coping with snow, and figuring out how to deal with thick ice as well. The propane kept us really warm.
I adore her she is so endearing
The door is cool. Ive never seen one of those.
Beautiful tiny house
Love the house. I have to say though, I live in a mobile home park and our houses are not placed that close together. I wonder why they put them so close? I'd be to close for comfort with it like that.
$$$$$$
Beautiful home,
That's awesome tiny house
Love your show!
It was the front door for me!!!❤
Perfekt 😍 i like it absolute 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Thanks for sharing God bless!!✌️🇺🇲
This is Gonna b so Cool🔥🔥🔥👍n Happy Friday😀….
I really like this setup, a lot what I'd do. Very nice ✌️😊💕🙋♀️
It's like a tiny home 🏡 suburb. What's missing is a garden and a backyard.
Good nonetheless.👍👍
Some really clever tips
Love it
Best intro music on RUclips!
I always sing along!
Thanks for sharing
Hello Tammy
Real nice tiny home ,I love the lay out of this home thanks for sharing 😊
Nice. I like 'Serendipity' from Adaluna on My Big Tiny House Life. Best floorplan yet. I would just add bump outs in her living room for a full couch and lazy boy.
It's a beautiful home and I love all their artwork. The patio looks lovely and private too, but I wonder why the tiny homes have to be so close together. Also, I don't get why propane fuel is the only option given what they're saying now about the health and environmental consequences of using gas over electric. I myself have a gas stove, so I can't really talk, but it would be nice to have the option to choose electric appliances. Thanks so much for another great video on tiny home life.
Nice shirt, Ken. (NY Yankees fan here). 😃
You're beautiful great idea front door for one I hope to borrow. Ty
Beautiful home. I would need the propane and mini hidden or somewhere else.
For me as a senior I would not like to walk up into my bedroom. Other than that this is a beautiful tiny home ❤
Lots are too small. Other people's noise! The shade is not so good either.
Nice
Very nice home, park sure has them crammed in so close together, might as well be living in a row house!🙃
when in NY I lived in a small apartment now I have outdoor space
I love so many of the tiny homes she shows especially the one with the retired school teacher and this one. I always wonder though without being on ground, what happens during storms, snow, wind, etc. Do they withstand it well or do you need to leave?
It would be interesting to hear about that. I think they are all skirted (?), which could decrease the wind "lift". All good questions for those of us who consider such a move.
@@carolb3946 When Tiny House Nation was a hit, I noticed many of them were ending up on tinyhouse listing sites, many times using the show to help sell it. (many didn't do well) Some complained about having to move because of weather/wind, some had leaks, some had ventilation issues etc. I think there are many builders out there, that are great and some that aren't. Lots of research is needed. I watched many videos of "what not to do" even though I probably wouldn't do it myself, because I found it fascinating. There is a guy in Australia, Bryce who has a video series of amazing tiny homes too. (Living Big in a Tiny House) Check out his too.
I like this. They are like me. Want a tiny house but still cannot fully leave all their crap behind. Avso they won't slum it and still want decent appliances. Their house is cluttered and looks lived in, they kept more stuff they didn't need. That's totally me.
Nice place. The extra large Split was a very good idea. You've got great appliances. What does he think about the difference in temps of propane vs. gas? I'd have a regular washer AND dryer. I lived in a house a few years ago where the dryer vented into the house. I don't have any problem drying my clothes. But I actually prefer to line dry my clothes instead of turning them into lint.
Very nice, beautifully appointed! ☺
Hello Rhonda
nice
Nice tiny home does that community only allow gas use for grills or could you use charcoal or wood pellet grill
I watch all your videos, I must say,I think you would really enjoy our tiny setup, our Humble Little Jungle in Florida 😊

You say you gave up stuff to downsize? You still have a ton! It's good to see how people actually live with all their crap in a tiny.
Nice. What is the brand name of the stove? TY.
Oof, they are a little close together, but other than that it's a great idea!
Hello Jennifer
Great more rich people
I live in Cornwall, UK. Its funny that in America this is considered a "tiny" house. That's a pretty good size house for the UK and would go for about half a million £ in Cornwall 😂
Super nice, spacious kitchen - something that is usually lacking in tiny homes. The living room is a little cramped, but my guess is that they do not live here full time. It's a lovely tiny home, but investing $120k I would prefer not to live in such a tight parking space on a concrete slab. But I'm sure they are loving living tiny ♥
we lease our space and can move our home if we want
