The bark is absolutely stunning! Love it!!!!! Amanda, you did a fabulous job on the deco! Every splash of red is perfect and the black and red plaid bedding sets it all in tune. Randy, as usual, AWESOME! The whole crew

Most impressed with the recessed place for the flat screen TV so the elevated loft doesn't hit it on the way up or down. Amazing. It seems like some of the little things are hardest to fix later on down the road. Truly awesome that someone thought of that. Great job. Professional pride of workmanship, not slap happy.

I’ve never seen anyone point out a dryer vent! I think it’s worth it’s weight in gold to have real electricians who wire these homes with a fuse box. So important. Things that 20 something year old me never thought she’d say lol.
Love it! Especially the timber wall covering.
If I get in on the Bare Bones Deal in (2021), I'm going to put my quest bed up above my " sitting/sleeping " area, just like this, only it won't raise up and back down. It will just have a lower ceiling in sitting area. Love it !! I Love this little tiny !! Great job, Randy.
I really like this tiny house. Love the Christmas/plad decorations and that elevated bed/living is cool. It has everything for such a small square footage. 💗💗👍🏠

I would have put the stove where the refrigerator is, and the refrigerator where the stove is.
I would have swapped the positions of the fridge and stove.
Doesn't matter in this home because this is where the owner wanted them to go....it was her/his choice. That's the beauty of "custom made ". Though it gives you ideas for your tiny homes !

I think that is stunning. Love the bed that moves. I would love to see my friend crawl up into the loft to sit down. Crawl over and take a seat. Amanda has a wonderful talent at decorating.
I guess some folks don’t like the look of wood/pine? Those folks can’t be from NH 😹 I think it’s so beautiful. This house shows such great craftsmanship. I love how everything is truly built in. These videos make me really realize how much space the average regular sized home completely wastes!

I prefer the ships ladder to a regular ladder, because the treads are so much deeper. My footing just feels so much more secure. I bet he raises his stove up, and adds another drawer below after living there awhile. Really like the size of the living area under the bed, and the elevator bed. So smart! Imagine this home another foot wider... it would be perfect. Room for guests to visit! I'd add a couple of wide, deep drawers under the bed - 1 for clothes and 1 for pantry.

I know so little about solar homes but the inverter and battery set up looked very easy to understand.

This house is super cute and functional. I have been watching the Tiny House movement since 2010 and love your homes. I wish I had the cash to contract your company but as I have to work little by little, I will be having a friend do it. Buying my trailer for my 36th Birthday. Keep up with the fantastic work!!
You could make a part of that closet with pullout drawers for a pantry
Yep, at the bottom, or put wide, deep drawers under the bed for more clothes and pantry.
I would use the loft for a bedroom and the raised platform for storage. A little step stool would give easy access.

I'm thinking about doing this, but with four kids, we'd want to get two: one with the kitchen, and another thats just bedrooms and a bathroom. There's some land for sale near us, and we need to just do this thing.
This I am watching on 11/17/21, @21:59 I am impressed with this. It needs a light that would come on under the bed when it gets to 6' off the floor, or like one that is plugged in but stuck to the bottom. amazing.{Lol someone said same thing !lol}

you need to deliver it to Flin Flon Manitoba in canada please ... what a difference between the 18 feet and the 28 foot ones there is a mile of space from one to the other. when they first came out i didnt think the 18 was that bad.....untill the bigger ones came out.......now i cant believe how small this one is...........still a nice home though

Wow! This is the first time I saw this video. I would put the bed all the way up during the day and have a love seat under it. Good space. Was this one 9f your first models?

Did anyone else catch that the barn door has slits where the light from the bathroom shines through
Also how would you mount a TV on the wall when the bed is lowered like Randy said. I can see them mounting the TV on the left side of the wall before you get to the bed or the living room under the bed.
If you look at the steel hardware the elevator equipment is mounted in (at all 4 corners), it's at least 2 inches deep. The bed is mounted to that, so there's at least a 2" clearance. A TV can sit directly against the wall, between 2 of those brackets, and the bed will easily clear it. Just get the thin wall mount TV.
However I do like the white pine upstairs

With an elevator bed you don't need the legs on the bed frame. Was that just a forgotten detail?
I would like to stand up in my loft. I'm only 5 feet tall so that shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Should have taken the reef off an raised the bed up.
My ideas are not completely finished. I need 1 floor, 26 ft. on and off grid. Built for disabled in the back. That is as far as I've gotten. I can't stand up for long. If you included a remote for the lift, it would work.

We know you could make more money off of your tiny homes! You have made tiny homes for real people to actually live in. I believe you don’t do it just for the money. Most people only do it for the money!
