This is the first tiny home I think I've seen that I could actually see myself being able to live in. Love it. Usually everyone in tiny homes are extreme minimalists. I love that LouAnn has stuff! It let's me know it's possible. I also have things related to hobbies and careers. Love love love this home that truly feels like a home!

You're so right! It actually looks like a real home. I love how she has that skinny Christmas tree. It's perfect for the place because it doesn't overwhelm it. It does look like a "postcard" like they said in the video. I love the book shelves! Her IKEA storage is really great and fits where she has it perfectly, because it's not too wide. Once again, I'm left wishing tiny homes were an option everywhere. This would be perfect for my 20 year old son. I think those books would be replaced with xbox and playstation games! Lol I'm hoping every state catches up with laws that allow for tiny homes to be on their own land or in tiny home parks.
I cannot believe my eyes! I have been designing my house since I first started watching you and there it is! I want it a little longer with a half bath upstairs but it is spot on! All I need now is the money to do it with and for you all to get more property to make another forest!

I remember this one being built and thinking it was practically perfect with the stairs at the end next to the bathroom. And the kitchen on the other side. I've been watching tiny home videos for years and this is my absolute favorite! I've always said I can't go tiny because I love my Christmas decorations. This house is stunning and now I know I can still decorate for Christmas lol.

I'm so glad to finally see a tiny home decorated for Christmas because I've thought about a tiny house and the tree sold me along with the actual stairs out of the way because my English bulldog needs stairs not a ladder. Where is this place located and what is the set up, I've been wanting to move back East.

I love this home and I have probably watched EVERY tiny house video that’s ever been on the internet!! I love openness & airiness of this home. The kitchen & bath have a very efficient layout. I love the IKEA storage system and window going up the staircase. Overall this is such a lovely home that’s so effectively payed out so you don’t feel claustrophobic.❤️❤️❤️
I keep watching it also. I love it and I want a carbon copy of that house. Only change I would make it little longer and put first floor small bedroom too.

Might be the best of all the bestest so far!! I see the 10 ft wide difference!! That ikea thing is so me and the books too! Even the daybed is the first one I've ever seen in a tiny home that looks just normal. So I'll get one of these and become luanns friend so she can help me decorate.... I LOVE IT!!!
Tucking those stairs in the back makes such a huge difference in the living area! And I like the look of the pie stairs with that window at the bottom. The pie stairs remind me of very old homes and the window gives nice natural light to that smallest area of the home. I love that the main living spaces get to have a square look to them as opposed to a long rectangular look. And then that back hall being wide enough to accommodate the Ikea cube fixture was brilliant, and it still leaves plenty of space for the bathroom, and even enough to have the laundry in there as well. I love that the books become such a statement in the living area, but also provide some separation & privacy for the loft as well. And there's room for a table! An actual table space is incredibly important to me, and often missing from tiny homes. This is my favorite of any one bedroom/loft tiny homes I've ever seen.
Hands down the best orbited and decorative house I've seen. Rany definitely needs to use pics of her house on website etc so people can get the feel of just how much room and storage you can have with imagination
What a beautiful home! Yes, Luann is a wonderful decorator! I remember this home being built and showed it to our grandson, We love the idea of the steps towards the back, and also that lovely bathroom! This is a fabulous tiny home. It feels roomy yet comfy. The use of every inch possible with the layout is remarkable. She has a lot of stuff yet it isnt over crowded. So in love with this.
What a cute and cozy home! I can so relate to her story. I, too, recently moved from a condo in the Seattle area after 26 years in Washington to a tiny house community near Asheville, NC! My 399 square foot park model has a 200 square foot side porch complete with a porch swing and my rocking chair from Cracker Barrel! My unit is a one (tiny!) bedroom without a loft model. I have had so much fun decorating and being creative with storage and can’t wait to put up my little pencil Christmas tree even though I will be heading back to Seattle for the holidays. At almost 73 I moved 2700 miles across country all by myself with my closest family across the state, but I am loving exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains foothills and settling into such a friendly tiny home community. Maybe someday I will make it down to South Carolina to see what great houses you are building down there!! 😎👏

I LOVE this house! From the kitchen and it’s mini loft, and the white wood every!! To the bathroom with its arch over the toilet, the panel box behind a door, the tankless above it on the same wall out of the living room! And your IKEA storage in the hallway. It’s brilliant that you have a place for hanging clothes! Clever girl! And Randy’s design of the stair riser only being 7” instead of 12” is perfect; and the stair grips!! I didn’t notice, but could that loft be any lower? (I’m tall)The ONLY thing I would want different is a w/d stackable. And propane 2 or 3 burner stove….but that’s not a big deal at all. I’m so impressed with this lovely home! My favorite, drum roll🥁….is the cubbies for her books in the loft to ceiling triangle!

This is such a wonderful floor plan for those of us who are retired and want to downsize but still have favorite things we want to keep. The kitchen is the perfect size….larger than my apartment’s. I love the daybed and that fireplace makes it so cozy. The bathroom is beautiful. My only change would be a stacking washer and dryer. I love the IKEA Kalax unit. I am a crafter and that is the perfect solution for all of my supplies. The loft upstairs is perfect for guest and grandkids. Love it 🥰❤️

I have dreamed of something like this since I was 13 years old! But life happens and suddenly you're 63 years old, have raised 4 phenomenal women as a single mother, have grandkids and 1 great grand...and you want to spread your wings and do something very different.
Man, do I love this home!!! LuAnn has the touch for details. The storage built in was amazing. But how she added it was extra cozy. The bathroom design is my favorite so far. The little upstairs nook finished it of. The evergreens plus lights for Christmas was the topper on this home. She hit the spot on what most of us want. No matter how small. It’s your home.

Of all the tiny homes I have seen, this is one of two that I could be very happy living in long-term. The owner did an amazing job. It's airy, , attractive and so homey and cozy. I always wondered why tiny home kitchens weren't put on one side of the home instead of the galley kitchens we see so often. The tiny home I've been planning in my head has a kitchen similar to hers. And her big bathroom! Love it! I would gladly live in a tiny home if there were options near larger cities. I am not in the retiring stage of life so living so remotely won't work for me right now. Thanks for showing us this home!

Ohhh myyy goodness I am in love with this house! This lady got the perfect taste in decor and layout and furniture. It speaks HOME and joyful comfy Christmas! Great dedicated office space, love the classic side table & lamp setup near the entrance, white fireplace & tv setup, the tall mirror & storage next to the couch. This house is full of new ideas to me. I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
I love seeing a tiny home after someone has moved in and this one is the most beautiful comfy home and the layout with the bathroom right under the steos instead of across the house is brilliant. Every time i see one i wonder how to incorporate my shelving unit i cant do without and she has one in the hallway and bookshelves. The only thing i would change is i want a gas cooktop. And its so beautifully decorated.

I think this is the first house that I have truly fallen in love with. I was especially immediately struck by the book shelf on the loft! So beautiful. And she has a large "normal" kitchen. This whole house is stupendous. And she's a great decorator too. The IKEA storage wall is also wonderful.

This is the best tiny home I’ve seen and I’ve watched plenty of tiny house videos! Having the large open room keeps the home from feeling claustrophobic and she’s able to use more real furniture plus a fireplace. Perfect for downsizing and not feeling tied to things. I love the loft, but wish they were built to be able to stand up in. Love all the windows, they help expand the rooms, and the window blinds give a homey look with privacy at night-don’t really miss curtains at all. Thanks for showing. I’m sure you inspired a lot of people who wondered if they could live in a tiny home long term. This floor plan is perfect!

Beautiful!!! Love all the storage in this home. My husband 2 babies lived in a 9x38 mobile home for a few months and there was so much more storage than any of the 3 homes we later bought. Love all her decor. She took some of what she had and blended it beautifully. Love the openness.

Love this homes layout, and the way she decorated and how she made use of every nook and cranny in a beautiful way, I think she and Becky are the top tiny home interior designers so far, I so love these videos of completed and decorated homes, it gives me so many ideas for my own home and future tiny home as well! I LOVE this house! From the kitchen and it’s mini loft, and the white wood every!! To the bathroom with its arch over the toilet, the panel box behind a door, the tankless above it on the same wall out of the living room! And your IKEA storage in the hallway. It’s brilliant that you have a place for hanging clothes! Clever girl! And Randy’s design of the stair riser only being 7” instead of 12” is perfect; and the stair grips!! I didn’t notice, but could that loft be any lower? (I’m tall)The ONLY thing I would want different is a w/d stackable. And propane 2 or 3 burner stove….but that’s not a big deal at all. I’m so impressed with this lovely home! My favorite, drum roll🥁….is the cubbies for her books in the loft to ceiling triangle!
I absolutely loved this home! Leanne did such a fabulous job in her design ideas and choice of furniture and storage. I hope it makes it into the TV show in December ❤️. Congrats Randy and team for making dreams come true and lives better one tiny at a time !!!
This is one of the most beautiful tiny homes I’ve ever seen. It looks like a real house and not a mini home on wheels!!! Beautifully decorated. I think I could live quite comfortably in it!!!! Great job!!!

This is such a wonderful floor plan for those of us who are retired and want to downsize but still have favorite things we want to keep. The kitchen is the perfect size….larger than my apartment’s. I love the daybed and that fireplace makes it so cozy. The bathroom is beautiful. My only change would be a stacking washer and dryer. I love the IKEA Kalax unit. I am a crafter and that is the perfect solution for all of my supplies. The loft upstairs is perfect for guest and grandkids. Love it 🥰❤️

Man, do I love this home!!! LuAnn has the touch for details. The storage built in was amazing. But how she added it was extra cozy. The bathroom design is my favorite so far. The little upstairs nook finished it of. The evergreens plus lights for Christmas was the topper on this home. She hit the spot on what most of us want. No matter how small. It’s your home.

It does you guys good to see how they work for people because you are normally totally disconnected from that and like Luanne said, you made it possible for her to retire. That is awesome!
Of all the tiny homes I have seen, this is one of two that I could be very happy living in long-term. The owner did an amazing job. It's airy, , attractive and so homey and cozy. I always wondered why tiny home kitchens weren't put on one side of the home instead of the galley kitchens we see so often. The tiny home I've been planning in my head has a kitchen similar to hers. And her big bathroom! Love it! I would gladly live in a tiny home if there were options near larger cities. I am not in the retiring stage of life so living so remotely won't work for me right now. Thanks for showing us this home!

Great dedicated office space, love the classic side table & lamp setup near the entrance, white fireplace & tv setup, the tall mirror & storage next to the couch. This house is full of new ideas to me. I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
I love seeing a tiny home after someone has moved in and this one is the most beautiful comfy home and the layout with the bathroom right under the steos instead of across the house is brilliant. Every time i see one i wonder how to incorporate my shelving unit i cant do without and she has one in the hallway and bookshelves. The only thing i would change is i want a gas cooktop. And its so beautifully decorated.
I like that they did the tour on an overcast day, can see how it would look in the evening with the lights on, so warm and pretty and homelike.

I think this is the first house that I have truly fallen in love with. I was especially immediately struck by the book shelf on the loft! So beautiful. And she has a large "normal" kitchen. This whole house is stupendous. And she's a great decorator too. The IKEA storage wall is also wonderful.
This is beautiful and a great layout! I would love to have a tiny home just like this. Maybe 8 or 10 feet longer with a first floor bedroom at the far end. That would be perfect!

This is the best tiny home I’ve seen and I’ve watched plenty of tiny house videos! Having the large open room keeps the home from feeling claustrophobic and she’s able to use more real furniture plus a fireplace. Perfect for downsizing and not feeling tied to things. I love the loft, but wish they were built to be able to stand up in. Love all the windows, they help expand the rooms, and the window blinds give a homey look with privacy at night-don’t really miss curtains at all. Thanks for showing. I’m sure you inspired a lot of people who wondered if they could live in a tiny home long term. This floor plan is perfect!

Beautiful!!! Love all the storage in this home. My husband 2 babies lived in a 9x38 mobile home for a few months and there was so much more storage than any of the 3 homes we later bought. Love all her decor. She took some of what she had and blended it beautifully. Love the openness.
