I know you will make it beautiful for the home owners but the anxiety was killing me. So glad Amanda missed it because she would have been a wreck too. Seeing how much trust and faith the home owner's have in you is a testament to how truly wonderful you all are at ITH. Can't wait to see it all decorated and lived in. Jenna is truly going to love it and the other homes she is going to feature there. She could spend ages there featuring your residents and their individualised homes and make it a series. It would be a great showcase of your beautiful homes the didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Randy Jones! You are a mess! Having to watch Parts 1 through 4 has driven me crazy, knowing that this is my ONLY brother, Bill and my only sister-in-law Carmen's dream house! Bill, Carmen, and I have been burning the cell waves between Newport and here in Mexico yesterday and today. Last night I watched the videos until 3:30 this morning and today.....couldn't get anything done, so anxious and praying all day that the Lord would guide all the guys in this memorable move, rain or shine. Great job, getting the house in this spot. Now for the fixing up, setting the utilities, skirting, and I am sure they will want a deck, even a porch. I will add a carport once there is more gravel. Can't wait to see the inside, this house will be a roomy not so tiny, Tiny House. Also, can't wait to see Jenna's videos on all the properties that she is going to film. I love her channel and have been watching her videos quite a while now. I also watched, Tiny House Nation when they were on HGTV. I miss that show, and I saw one of the partners on your video in CA. Stay warm and stay well, Randy, I noticed the rain did not wait till you all were finished. This house is definitely a neat house, and the outside finishes are neat.

Anyone who’s work any kind of construction or engineering knows sh*t happens. It’s how you fix your mistakes and keep going. Thank you for showing the other side of this, it’s difficult and not easy, stuff doesn’t magically happen. Also thanks for inspiring me to one day owning a tiny home
Great job, guys. Are some of the tires flat on that trailer? And do the home owners have any intentions of raising the house a little higher off the ground? Just curious.
No. They requested it be built on a drop axle trailor intentionally... so they can get as much height as possible inside the loft bedrooms. Tiny Homes are height restricted to 13'6" total height, so the drop axle gives a homeowner valuable extra inches inside.

@@Katiedid1975 - Randy at ITH builds with panel access to the shut off valves inside the home. Also, this was a custom build. The ITH Model Homes are all built on a standard trailor, which sit almost 2 feet off the ground.
