Go elsewhere. There’s better builders and the community looks awful.
Their communities are up and coming. They're self-made business owners which is so rare and SO DIFFICULT! I speak from personal experience, so I understand their struggles. Give them time! They came from nothing, and look how far they've come. As far as their price increase, you have to remember that since covid, material costs have gone through the roof, and they have to make a living. As a former business owner, I understand this. So please show a little grace. I love them and I'm so proud of them for what they're doing! Thanks Randy and Amanda, for the difference you're making in so many people's lives!
So, I’m an owner of a construction company. I feel for them and any other builder because we are being called the bad guy when we are just adapting to the changes in the market. Lumber skyrocketed during and after Covid. Everything went up. We have no control. I’m not trying to be rich, I’m trying to put my kid through college. We have to make money too.
It’s obvious Randy always has his wheels spinning on how to make the next tiny homes even better and looking for what works well in each home, what works for the existing owners etc., just love these tours! Always love Amanda’s energy too, keep up the good work you guys!

This is a sweet home. Love the architecture and all the natural light. Dorothy has placed her touch inside to completely transform it into her tiny home.
As I was reading through my comment, I realized that this tiny home is actually quite large.

Dorothy you have a beautiful home. I really enjoyed seeing how you have fixed it up. I love your roomy bedroom and bathroom. That 48 inch shower is what everyone would like to have. When you get older and need a shower chair it will fit easily in your 48 inch shower. I also love your living room rug. I'm not that partial to red but that rug and sofa just brings your living room to life. Congratulations on your beautiful home.

I agree; I like the dormer windows placed in the living room for the height and lightness. The size of her house is much more livable to me than when I first considered smaller homes.

What a lovely lady Dorothy is ❤. The Charleston is in my top 2 ITH model homes! My number 1 is the Birmingham! The fact that you don’t need to do ANYTHING when you get your keys to a model home, it’s LP sided and POLYURETHANED, inside and out and even PAINTED on the inside! All you need to do is move your furniture in and start living the dream in #tinytown! Heaven! ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊
I didn't really care for this house with the dormer over the loft, but this is perfect! The light and space, large main floor bedroom AND a big bathroom/shower! Wow!

So enjoyed visiting Dorothy's lovely home. I like how she incorporated all the storage for the things she needs to make it comfortable for herself. Especially loved her salt lamps, amethyst , etc. Could almost feel the healing energy.
Leave Some patches for pollinators ON Purpose and manicure around. Bc that helps environment and balance, honor, energy, harmonious evolution. Ty

Love your home. What a brilliant idea to put the dormer over your living room. It makes the living area look much bigger. The extra furniture you’ve put in looks so good. The bedroom is really a nice size I can’t believe all the things you can put in and still have plenty of room to walk around. You have decorated your home so beautiful. Ok Randy. Look how many bottles of shampoo and whatnot Dorothy has in her shower. The bottles often slip off the built-in shelves in the shower because they are narrow and slippery from the water. Plus folks often use a shower caddy which I personally don’t like in a small shower like this one. So, here’s an idea for you to add an extra special little something to your builds. Install a shower shelf. My Mama always did this in her homes. Simply take a 1x3 or 1x4. Paint it white to match the shower surround and seal the wood. And just set it on the top of the shower walls. It doesn’t need to be fastened - just pressure fit and it sits firm on three sides of the shower surround. It doesn’t get in the way because it is taller than most folks so you don’t hit your head. It stays dry because it is above the shower head. And there is plenty of room for many bottles, bars of soap, screw in a hook to hang a bath loofah if necessary, whatever. They work GREAT!! 😊
It sounds so nice to be in a community like this. I’m a 64 year old widow, living in a different state. I have no friends and my son lives about 50 miles from me. He doesn’t come around. I understand that he and his wife have their own lives. But come on, you can’t even come see your own mother. Where I live at now, the people are not friendly. I would love to have friends, go places, and have coffee with friends.
DM that sounds so lonely, are you okay ? can you move her ? are you mobile ? are you able to purchase a tiny home ? the cheapest home is the 16 foot incredibox for 20 thousand, but the 20 foot incredibox seems more liveable (which is 25 thousand)..but you could ask the factory for a price for a 24 foot incredibox if they would do it ( they might do it for 30 thousand or 32 thousand..its worth asking).....if you can swing the purchase of a tiny home, you could join these fine folks, we have a lot you can sublet on the prairie or the beach until Buffalo creek is ready. the company has lots in Buffalo creek, which are 10 thousand deposit.
@@leslie6189 Yes it is very lonely 😞 I have met someone through my grandson about maybe 2 years ago. We have had a on and off and back on relationship.
Am I happy? NO , just surviving. And of course my grandson has made up such lies about me and I don’t understand why. He’s a grown man and wasn’t raised to be like this. And then his dad , my son won’t put his foot down and try to get all the trouble and drama taken care of. Sorry for rambling on. I would love to move there. I first have to sell my house here in West Virginia. I also have fears to get over.

Randy and Amanda, that was terrific. I love the Charleston and the one floor living. It really helps to see how people are living in their tiny house. Randy, you are an amazing, caring, honest person. You are quite a visionary too- love hearing your plans for all of the areas you are building and creating.It's so important that you are building communities. It's true what Amanda said about living in a regular house and not having a community around you, especially when you're children are grown and they are living their own live. I hope you will be able to expand your tiny homes /communities to NJ in the future. Thank you Randy and Amanda for all that you do.😊

Love this one, it's out of my budget, but the exact layout I would want. Dormers over the living room with the high windows, 48" shower and large bedroom, single floor living. I had suggested dormers over the living room with high windows and s 48" shower instead of the 46" and closet when the models csme out last year. Obviously, others were thinking along the same lines, ss hrre it is! She's done a nice job maximizing the space for storage. Great tour!

Love the room and the light that comes in which is great for 🪴 plants I love the fact of 48 inch shower and the filter she has for the water 💧 the farmer style sink was very nice ❤❤❤the idea of the refrigerator on the pedalstool which is the washer and dryer pedalstool is a nice twist to add some space it's a beautiful home❤❤❤ love it!!!

The knots in the wood are like busy wallpaper in tiny houses. The Lovely Luanne had the right idea with her all-white interior: it looks larger and less cluttered. I'm not disparaging the owner: her home is clean and well-organized.
