This place is beautiful! During the tour, i could see my own personal touches added. Curtains, my style of sofa, second bedroom becoming a craft/sewing room. All one level too. The appliances are perfect!! Lovely home!!
Some of it is nice but this is probably not affordable living. The pull out trash needs to be closer to the sink. I don’t care for the table snack bar. It looks like quality work.
I absolutely love the corner windows in the bedroom, it makes the space feel so large and leaves enough space on the wall across the room for any artwork you might want.
I watch a lot of tiny homes on RUclips. I have to say this my favorite. There would be a few changes for me. But overall this has been my favorite of all I watch on RUclips.
@anitamchale9699, hahaha this is not a tiny home. it's a trailer home. Park mobile. mobile home. I'm sure this trailer house is very expensive. This is not what tiny homes is about.
@@foxthornetiny homes should be affordable, but I’ve seen some that range close to $300,000. They can get crazy when the owners want high end features installed.
The only thing I would change on this fantastic Tiny House- standard size stackable washer & dryer-all in one units are “notorious” for “excessive” drying times. Would love some space for “seasonal” jackets, another area for hanging clothes. Definitely a “keeper”!👏
This home has excellent features! Just several easy alterations on placement meets preferences for retired couple's downsized lake home. 1. Full bath is a centered walk-thru to the bedroom (shower across from sink & toilet---a pocket door to kitchen side, another pocket door to bedroom side). This opens kitchen wider to outer walls & no nude hubby scenes in the kitchen 😮😊 to go from shower to get dressed in more spacious bedroom where wardrobe is---he's a no robes guy 😂). 2. Stackable W/D space, with narrow broom closet. 3. Kitchen layout as center walk-thru galley. Fridge moved to where shower was before, tall wide pantry next to it. Insert for microwave at middle of this tall pantry on granite shelf, instead of above cooktop (cutting boards or trays stashed beside microwave). 4. Second bedroom perhaps half bath, & no built-in closet (may allow space for full size mattress, with freestanding tall armoire & under bed drawers). 5. Flip up/wall hinged regular height dining table & folding or stack chairs that are indoor/outdoor use (dining on the deck & such). 6. Fireplace & tv on wall adjacent 2nd bedroom, since full bathroom reconfigured to make kitchen open galley (corner wall is now gone and end cabinet now there is depth of the pantry next to fridge). Probably no sectional, standard sofa with storage below, placed across from entry door. Now fireplace and tv are fully viewable from the kitchen 👏).
I would love to see second room without bathroom. Master bedroom with tub and shower. Kitchen could have been a bit bigger. Tall cabinets is difficult for short people. But love the layout. I would duplicate and omit second bathroom and becomes an office or a studio space.
Super, super, super. I was amazed by this little house, 2 bathrooms! And that kitchen has more cabinets than mine. The only thing they should have been to put in a larger sink, since the faucet covers all the little space they have to use. The rest is perfect❤❤❤
I would add 2 more feet to length to get a better bathroom sink and cabinet. Maybe also to add some breathing room? There’s no place to hang coats or put shoes by front door. Change table to accommodate 2 people, with a hinge to drop it down. For myself, I hate counter seating, I’d rather it be table height. That cabinet to left of fridge could also be a pull-out pantry or like it is now but take out the coffee nook and do top door, bottom door where inside is shelving with pull out drawers. You also need a small broom closet somewhere…or at least a place to put a vacuum, broom, with an electrical outlet. Perhaps open the kitchen up by taking the bathroom and put between kitchen and second bedroom and make tiny bedroom for kids or could be an office. 2 feet added can do a lot of good.
Really great floorplan and use of space, I would tweak it for our families needs - I would have a 1/1/2 bath, with one bathroom with a shower and tub and the other just a powder room with sink and toilet. The rest of the space is pretty darn good.
This home is beautiful! I love everything about it! The little fireplace is a great addition. I think the only thing I would change would be smaller windows in the bathrooms. I love windows but, for me Id rather it not be quite as big as the other windows. 🤷♀️😊🥰
Nice. Finally, single living 2 bedroom! I would do some customization but the biggest change: can you pull out the 2nd bathroom and make that a full second bedroom? Plus, those vanities are soooo small full-time living, and the sink is not what you need either, but I assume that could be customized to some degree? Your kitchen has nicely higher end appliances but that medicine cabinet looks very cheap in comparison. Just my thoughts.
I love this tiny house but I don't need but one bedroom and one bath. I would like everything moved back and a bigger living room and stackable washer dryer.
This is one of my favorite tiny home designs. This would pretty much fit what I'm looking for with some changes to suit me, but this is great. I'm far from close to being able to afford a tiny home right now. I'm trying to get back on my feet after caring for my mother the past year. She had dementia. We lost her earlier this year sadly. Now I'm in the process of trying to get back on my feet. When the time comes, this is definitely my top choice.
Lou, your houses are just stunning! So thoughtful and the craftsmanship is just amazing. A few tweaks for me and I could absolutely see my son and I calling this beauty home!
Almost $90,000 for a base model. It's a beautiful unit but there are larger homes available for the same price or less. Catering to a specific tiny home market for sure.
I love this, I would definitely need a Washer & dryer Hook up, plus Handicap Toilets (Tall Toilets), plus a Garbage Disposable would be great as well and it would basically meet most of our needs..😁
I know having a lot of windows is nice, but considering the primary bedroom is so small, I would be happy just having the smaller window and not having the huge window at the foot of the bed. I would rather have the wall space for a larger TV.
I hit the subscribe to ALL. Cannot wait to watch all of your videos. When I get my land, I would like to come out and tour your workplace. It looks like you're doing high quality work with very nice finishes. I think it's just beautiful. I wish you would tell us where you got the couch-it is PERFeCT. My main complain with most tiny home builders is there is zero living space in the home. This has the perfect area to sit together and watch a movie or just visit after dinner. Well done! I would want mine to have less windows. I want more wall space to hang art and bookshelves. Some day....some day!
Amazing and lovely . I could easily see myself amd my husband living in this. We even have a room for the grandchildren which is a must. Where we live in N Ireland tiny houses are not plentiful .
Nope, I have looked at dozens and dozens and dozens of tiny homes and I am a big no on this one The couch doesn't even face the TV. Just too many things about it that are just a big no. Definitely a man designed this place. Should have put storage around and above the bed. Don't like the open closet area plus it's too small
I would love to see a tiny home this size with just one larger bedroom & bathroom plus a larger living area/kitchen with more counter space & storage.,
The bathroom sinks are really nice looking but look totally inconvenient. I would rather have a larger sink with a little bit of counter, even if it meant floating it on the wall so that the counter overhang towards the toilet area. I would also give up the second bath shower for more space For storage or more room in that back bedroom and just have it be a half bath. Or put the washer dryer in that shower space. Giving you more room for the master bath. The only other thing I would change is swap the fridge raider down to the end where the garbage can is and put that storage next to the stove with a little bit more counters, instead of the insert inside the cupboard shelf and electric oven I would also turn the couch around facing the window. Creating more of a separate room with a short end going into the corner of the room that way you get a better angle for the TV and you can see out the window.
Very nice but I would need to delete the gas stove (I do not want LP anywhere near me) and absolutely no open closet storage, it is tacky and I need doors there. I would also prefer 10' wide but not a deal breaker.
I love the ceiling fans, I do love the sectional sofa. . I love that it's two bedroom. It has many positives. I've heard the combo washer dryer is not that great. Most people prefer washer and dryer if possible.
Nice door and big couch. Lots of windows and light. I would under pin the front and build a deck. This is very nice for the right person. Put a back porch on the back and the bathroom is spacious. It is move in ready on the right lot.
Craftsmanship is lovely. Nice materials and great style-wise but its too narrow to live in for the long term. Very little countertop in the kitchen. Not practical and too tiny, cramped, and stressful on the mind. One bedroom would improve the situation. Making it at least 11 feet wide would give breathing room and a sense of space. Please don't try to squeeze 2 rooms into the width.

I think it is a, wonderful design. I do believe it should be a Gooseneck for easy towing more storage space for colthing. The height should be road legal at 13.1/2 inches unless it has a drip axle. I like the idea of Teo separate bathroom especially since there was a Pandemic. The bathrooms hold the most germs so having separate bathrooms is important. This a a great tiny house for a family. Apartments aren't much bigger. More emphasis on colthing storage that can easily be done for the junior bedroom with a gooseneck trailer. It was a bit tight but if you need to send kids to schools, young adult to training programs this is the best option so far. It is family oriented. It would have been nice to have seen flod up bunk bebs. But I guess that isn't important because nothing can go into that space to begin with. ❤❤❤ The Best Family Oriented Tiny House I have seen so far takes into account growing kids, older teens leaving the nest. I like the design as a lot of seniors, myself included, looking for a tiny home cannot manage an upstairs bedroom. I especially like the vaulted ceiling. It adds a lot of airy space to surround you. If you have never lived with high ceilings you just don’t get it. FP also great.
The square sinks in the bathrooms are only good to wash hands. A circular sink you can wash hands and face better without splashing water on floor and living space. Also, you can bang head on faucet. Not very practical. Space saving. I agree the all in 1 washer/dryers do not seem very efficient. The stackable washer and dryer separate is more functional. Good space saving idea, but not very practical for every day use. AirBNB best use of this Olivia Summit model. A day, weekend, or a few weeks use, this is excellent for 2 bathrooms. Laundry will be done at a minimum or small daily loads.
It’s nice and looks way bigger than 390sqft my only thing with tiny homes is you still have to purchase land to put the house on if you’re not lucky enough to have family with acres or trying to put it in the yard of a home you already have to rent out the main house. Cost seems to add up to hundreds of thousands anyway. This was a great option until it became a fad.
